We really enjoyed this condo!

This condo had comfortable furniture! Love the rocking chairs inside & on the balcony. Beds were good & kitchen was well stocked.

This unit was a replacement for a unit that had an AC problem. Management (Erica) was super helpful in moving our reservation to another unit(s). This unit is well appointed to hold 4-6 guests.

Really appreciated leasing agent,Carolyn Bobbit, for facilitating this rental due to error I made. The unit was in excellent condition. This unit will make for a delightful time for one’s vacation experience.

Wonderful condo, good location, and great beach! Air quality in the condo was bad. Cat smell and poor air smell in general (ac unit or duct work needs serviced!

The decor is lovely and one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve seen in a rental. Although the condo was very clean, the moldy smell was strong and quite unpleasant. Except for the odor I would definitely book #903 again. Love the rocking chair on the balcony and the view is wonderful.

Our stay at Breakers east was excellent, March 2024. Our unit, 903 was clean and fully stocked with everything you might need, and more. The communication for arrival and departure was seemless as well. This was a gated Condo and beach, with access codes to ensure safety. The heated pool was warm and well kept. If I had to find one thing that wasn't ideal, it would be having only 1 elevator. The 2nd elevator was down for repairs, and it was disclosed to us, so not a surprise.

Our first time in Destin especially during the February timeframe. This is our new "go to" beach getaway especially since we do not plan to get in the ocean above our knees anymore (sharks). The pool was heated, the condo was well appointed and clean. We will go again.

Our stay in unit 903 is the second time we have stayed at Breakers East. We loved last year and we weren’t disappointed this year. The unit was very clean and ready to be lived in when we arrived. This unit is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a rental. To have both a crock pot and an air fryer was a bonus. There are plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity if you’re not into cooking. Breakers East is a smaller building compared to some of the very big high rises in the area. But that’s what makes it a nice place for an extended stay. Every unit faces the Gulf of Mexico and you can’t go wrong sitting on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds of the beach. We have loved our stay here the past two years and have already. Poked a stay for next year.

This was our first trip to Destin. The ocean was beautiful and so was our unit, 903. The only downfall was the traffic when we would leave the condo! It was absolutely insane at all hours of the day. Overall, we had a great time and would visit again.

This is our third year back to Breakers East and it doesn’t disappoint! The east access to the beach and the views from the balcony is a plus! We will be back again next year.

Very nice location, amazing ocean view enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning while watching dolphins swim.

Perfect vacation condo. Spacious, clean, updated, amazing ocean view. The beach was not too crowded for July. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo! It is roomy and bright, with an amazing kitchen and a spectacular view of the beach! It's located right on the beach so all we had to do was go downstairs and we were just a few steps from the white sand! The condo was as described. It was clean and stocked with extra bath towels. Communication with the property owner was easy. We enjoyed our stay so much and would stay there again!

This place had everything we needed. Kitchen even had an air fryer! The condo was in great shape and the location to the beach is perfect! Communication with the property manager was also fantastic. We will definitely choose this condo for our future visits.

Our stay at Breaker’s #903 was more than we expected. From the moment you walk in and the view of the Gulf’s blue/green water is your view you know it’s going to be great! Accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped with utensils & small appliances to suit any cook. Breaker’s East has good access to the beach and a nice pool as well. Our time there was great! The only thing I would have liked to have is some ‘cleaning’ sprays for kitchen counter & bathrooms. Also, a ‘Swiffer Mop’ would have been convenient—only helps to keep the place tidy.

Our condo at Breakers East was clean, spacious, and had.a spectacular view of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped which is definitely a plus. I would recommend this. property for your time at Destin Beach.

The condo is right on the beach with a great view. The heated pool is great for those days when the wind makes it chilly outside. We loved the new island in the kitchen (as well as the rest of the kitchen)! Couldn't ask for a better place to spend our spring break.

The condo was more than we could’ve expected. The space was large and updated. The entire place was spotless. The balcony was large with plenty of options for seating; plenty of sun or shade throughout the day. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances for any need. Walking distance of restaurants and some shopping. Prompt response and solution when we had an issue with lighting in one room; taken care of by management within 90 minutes. Both elevators were out in the building at one point, but that was also remedied within the hour. Overall one of the best beach condos we’ve stayed in. We would definitely book this place again if in Destin.

Breakers East #903 is the perfect place to stay in is right in the heart of Destin. The views from the spacious balcony are wonderful. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you will need to cook your meals. Everything is very clean. Carolyn and her staff are the best. We had a small issue with the internet and one call to Carolyn and Brandon was there in no time! Brandon was very polite and professional and fixed the problem in immediately. This unit is a must stay if you are going to Destin! 5 Stars!!++ Thank you again Carolyn for a wonderful stay!

I was very happy I chose this condo for our Destin stay. The condo was spacious, lovely, clean & very comfortable. I loved the beachy but tasteful decor. The balcony was spacious & private. You can't beat the wonderful view of the Gulf. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Breakers East is great. I liked that it wasn't a huge complex. It has easy access to the beach. The condo also came with a complementary beach set up which we much appreciated.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Breaker’s East- Unit 903. So much so that we can’t wait to stay here again. Unit was beautiful and clean. You will get a good nights sleep on the very comfortable beds. Be ready after staying here dreading to head home.

Many of the daily use dishes, plates, bowls, coffee cups, glasses, etc. had little bits of caked on food. I'm assuming that the previous renters did not scrub the dishes before they were washed, so one suggestion would be to run the dishes again before the next renters, or inspect them to make sure they really got clean. I think it was just assumed they were clean. Anyway, we loved our stay, and would stay again in #903, and would recommend it to other people. Thank you again!

We come almost every year and this was our favorite spot. Always love Breakers East and really loved this unit.

Outdoor furniture too high..living room furniture very uncomfortable

We've stayed here multiple times and like the location and the expansive beach views. Some units are more updated than others, but all are clean and nice. This unit is in need of a new refrigerator or freezer repair; doesn't make much ice and "runs" constantly. I also have to honestly say that of all the different units we've stayed in, this one is the most in need of cosmetic updating.

We had a great time in spite of high winds & rip tides. The accommodations were great, very clean & a great view of the beach.

Best vacation I've had in a long time. Location is perfect, right by the beach!! Patio view was out of this world! Very clean and quiet location. Close to everything. Heated pool was great. The umbrella/chair service that comes with the rental is super convenient. We rented bikes and were able to ride everywhere! Also of note, we had a front row seat on the beach every day.. the other buildings had so many umbrella's set up on their sections that they had 2-3-4 rows of chairs and umbrellas that I can't imagine you could see much beach! Would highly recommend this rental.

We stayed at Breakers East condo 903 for a long anniversary weekend. Beautifully decorated, great oversized balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Plenty of room and had everything you need!
Carolyn with Your assistant at the Beach, made the entire process so easy! She was awesome to work with, and made sure our stay was perfect!! So convenient to shopping, and restaurants. We have already booked another trip in June with Carolyn and counting down the days to be back in Destin!

The location was perfectly situated in the center of the area. The facilities were clean and well-maintained with friendly and helpful staff. Everything in the process from booking to check-out was handled easily. The condo itself was spacious with everything we needed. We look forward to a future visit!

Home away from home, that's all you can ask for. Perfect accommodations, everything you need and easy rental process. Loved the beds and décor, beautifully updated. The only downside was the 2 missing pieces to the birdhouse puzzle...LOL. It was fun putting it together with the family though. Perfect view from the lovely captain's chairs on the balcony. Thanks again for another perfect family vacation!! See ya next year :)

Beautiful condo, very well decorated, comfortable, quite and clean.
The view from the large balcony is incredible. The beach is amazing with beautiful white sand and not too crowded.

Condo was exactly like the pictures. It was large, clean and very well stocked. The view would have been perfect if it hadn’t been for the extremely dense fog which was not the owners fault. I would love to go back again. It was located near a lot of good restaurants.

Very nice. No major issues. Kitchen well stocked. Living room furniture was comfortable as was the master bed. Great water pressure in the master bath shower. Unit had a slight musty smell. We opened the doors to air the unit when possible and used glade plug-ins. Saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony. When we first arrived, there was a problem with one of the elevators, but the issue was taken care of promptly. Enjoyed our stay.

THE CONDO HAD PLENTY OF SPACE. WE LIKED SETTING OIT OUT ON THE BALCONY IN THE MORNING DRINK OUR COFFEE AND ENJOY THE BEACH. LOVED HAVING SLIDING DOORD IN OUR BEDROOM SO THAT WE HEAR THE OCEAN AT NIGHT

My only negative is there is no workout area. It could be small with weights and treadmill and tv. Maybe on one of the tennis courts as they do not seem to be being used often. Or a free standing building perhaps. Just an idea.

We loved our stay! Absolutely gorgeous and clean. The only thing I would change is to beef up the kitchen. It would have been helpful to have more items available to cook with in the kitchen.

This condo was perfect and exactly what we needed to have the best bachelorette weekend! The condo was clean and everything we needed was available for use. We had no issues with the condo and would definitely recommend this to others and look forward to staying here in the future.

It was a perfect condo! The balcony was very big and all of the rooms were light and bright! The property management company was wonderful. We will be staying in this unit again soon!

Our family had such a great time. The building is relatively small compared to the surrounding buildings. Which makes it perfect to nestle in and avoid some of the crowds. The unit had everything you could ask for in terms of cooking. We’ll definitely be back.
