Established in 2009, Your Assistant at the Beach is a family-owned Vacation Rental Management Company, based on Florida’s Emerald coast. We are professionals who provide personal service to both our Owners as well as our Guests. We take the worry out of vacations and vacation rental property ownership.  Erica is also available for your Florida Real Estate services.

As natives of Georgia and Virginia, we often traveled to the beaches of Destin on our vacations and fell deeply in love with the area. Our southern roots have given us very generous and warm personalities in our personal and professional lives.  Bob has called the Emerald Coast his home since coming to the area in 1980 after enlisting in the US Air Force. Carolyn and Brandon have lived on the Emerald Coast since 2002.  Erica joined our family in 2014 and has become a huge asset to our business in our guest services department as well as Realtor.   

We have invested in our own vacation rental property, so we know the importance of having someone caring for your investment as you would. We put ourselves in the shoes of our guests paying close attention to the needs and wants for a perfect vacation, then assisting to fill those needs and wants to create unforgettable memories. 

Many of our guests have entrusted us with assisting in planning their vacations every year since we first began our business. We appreciate the hundreds of positive comments our owners and guests share regarding their experience with our business.
