Breakers East #702

The condo had all the necessities needed. The view of the ocean was perfect. Location of the condo was in the center of the action. Easy to get anywhere you needed in 15 mins or less. Beach access and setup was so easy. Will book here again!!

Breakers East was awesome as always! 702 is our favorite unit! The kids love the bunk beds and large master bath tub! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. This is our 4th Thanksgiving at Breakers East :). We love it!

Beautiful, clean, nicely decorated room. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely rebook for next time.

This by far was one of the best laid out rooms we have stayed at. i would try and get this unit if you are a large crowd.

This unit was absolutely gorgeous. Furnishings and kitchen was top notch. The bunk room was the selling point for us. This unit is perfect for families. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need.

We had another awesome vacation at Breakers East! Everything was perfect!

They only had one elevator working which made it a nightmare trying to get an elevator. The king size bed is terrible. Wished the king bed was memory foam like the other bed room. The shower/tub in the king bedroom was plugged. Took water forever to run water out of the tub. Didn't receive the number of items in the condo that was listed on the reservation list so we had to go to the store. The condo itself is good size. Very roomy. Liked the bar table and stools on the balcony. Can look over the balcony right to the water. Did like they had a code for you to input to get on the property from the beach. We had a late flight coming home and the beach chair people wouldn't let us have chairs that morning/afternoon before our flight since that was check out day even though we were out of the condo.They had hardly any chairs/umbrellas set up that day so we knew they had plenty of chairs for us. We did get two chairs and an umbrella with our rental which was nice. Can walk to Dunkin' Donuts or Chick Fil-a and the nice restaurants are just a short drive to any of them. Grocery store close by. If you have a bad back and plan on staying in the king bed room I would not stay here. The bed is that bad.

Overall experience was great during our stay. We found the condo very clean upon arrival. The view from the balcony is amazing, and the condo is situated right on the beach. Updated finishes throughout. Other than the amazing view, what we enjoyed most was the space and layout of the condo. Every room was spacious with tons of counter space in the kitchen! Huge dining room table was another plus. Lots of extra pillows and bedding and very well stocked kitchen. The only negative was that we did see a few roaches during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rental on the beach. Was not a crowded beach and 2 beach chairs and umbrella were included. Great location!

The only issue we experienced was the flooring was not clean upon arrival. They responded immediately and very quickly came to clean it. Would definitely recommend this property and most definitely recommend the property management company, without hesitation.

This was the perfect spot to be in Destin! The updated condo was spacious and the large balcony is a wonderful place to watch dolphins and listen to the ocean waves. We will be back.

OUr family of four stayed in this unit mid-June. The Condo is beautiful and spacious. The open floorplan is great! Plenty of seating for a larger group. Air conditioning is powerful enough to combat FL humidity, and the internet signal was strong even on the balcony. ONe note, there are no beach toys or chairs other than those provided by the rental company. The description only said "towels provided" and we assumed this means beach towels. We purchased four and left them for the next guests. Also, no beach chairs or toys. When the rental company removes the chairs at the end of the day, there is nothing to sit on if you want to go to the beach in the evening. Minor inconvenience given how comfortable and spacious the unit is. The kitchen floor was dirty. I does not appear as if it had been mopped. Dark grey mop water when we cleaned confirmed our suspicions. Overall, we loved our stay and would select this unit on a return trip to Destin.

Not often that I feel at home at a place, but here we did! Had one issue with the lock not locking on the door, called and they fixed it within 5 minutes! The door lock ended up needing a new battery.

We visited for senior spring break and the property was wonderful. There are large push carts to unload luggage and groceries. Past renters had left beach chairs,toys,and boards to use and there was a box full of the same by the pool. We enjoyed having the rentals right outside. We saw dolphins daily, one time 25. Everything was clean and we had what we needed. Plan to wait forever for the stove to heat up...The description does say no condiments. Not even salt and pepper. Master bed was amazing. Nice furniture on the patio and relaxing to sit outside. Immediate response from manager and problems resolved did not affect our stay. We had horrible weather but this property helped to make the trip successful.Thank You!

We loved our stay in this unit. The decor was completely my taste and it felt like home. The view is amazing and the ambience was comfortable and relaxing. Close to anything you could possibly need, but felt like a quiet getaway at the same time. Management company always helpful as well. Will definitely visit again!

Pros:
-As pictured
-Not a huge high rise condo, so beach not as crowded for us at that time
-Great view of the beach from the 7th floor
-Spacious
-Good location
-Easy access to the beach
-Gate access into parking lot and the beach (secure)
-Outdoor property well maintained
-Full size beds in bedroom #2 very comfortable
-heavy duty outdoor furniture
-a ton of kitchen items to be able to cook
-plenty of linens
-newer appliances
-Bedroom #2 full size mattresses very comfortable (didn't use the top bunk beds)
-trash chute by elevators on same floor
-Easy access to elevators, to condo, to beach, to pool.

Cons:
-Living room furniture not very cozy
-Drapes in master and living room were not blackout, so the sun shines through really early if you want to sleep in
-light shining at night in bedroom #2 window from parking lot, even with blinds closed
-no laundry detergent
-when first got there, the floors were swept, but made our feet dirty, so didn't seem like they were mopped
-pulled back sheet on one of the beds in bedroom #2 and there was sand
-A few broken things: both lower beds in bedroom #2 had wood broken on one headboard and little shelf along the bed on the other
-Filter to air conditioner in laundry room was full of dust
-Master bedroom king mattress not very comfortable
-one umbrella and two chairs (it would be nice to have enough for how many people are staying in the condo being how much we paid for the condo)

Overall, it was a fine stay being our first time.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was very spacious and well maintained. One of the two elevators in the building was broken and that was a bummer. But overall, we were very happy with this rental. We plan to rent here again!!

This location is perfect. Breakers East is in Destin so close to all activities and restaurants. We loved the beach, because it is a smaller building, the private beach was less crowded than several others we walked by. The unit was clean and check in was easy. There were several beach toys in the closet we were able to use. We will be back!

We had the best time at this place. It's perfectly situated in Destin, and the beach is beautiful. The pool was a perfect temperature. The place itself was clean and much bigger than we anticipated. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a place to stay in Destin. Bonus - Saul (maintenance manager) is an asset to this property. He was on top of everything, and very friendly.

Our family of 5 choose this condo because of the 2nd bedroom! It is a GREAT use of the space! Each child had their own bed (plus a spare)! We were presently surprised at the size of the condo, it was bigger than we thought it was going to be by looking at the pictures. If we come back to Destin we would definitely book this condo again!

Had a wonderful stay at Breakers East as usual. This was our first time staying in this unit. The living room and master bedroom furnishings could have been little better for a newly refurbished unit. The grocery delivery option was fantastic will definitely get this option again next time. Having a beach set up with the unit was great too. Overall it was a great trip. Breakers East and Carolyn Bobbit never disappoint us. Hopefully you'll be there a long time and we'll definitely be back.

We have been coming to Destin for many years and this was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. Super clean, spacious and we loved the amenities!! We will be back!

Condo pics and descriptions were spot on! Super clean, and very well stocked kitchen and baths. Very conveniently located, with many excellent restaurants to choose from; our favorite with each trip to Destin is McGuire's. No issues with check-in or check-out. Would not hesitate to recommend too family and friends.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations. The view was spectacular! The condo was well decorated & very comfortable. The beach chairs & umbrella included was great for a relaxing day on the beach. Our family had a wonderful time in Destin & Breakers East & look forward to our next visit. Thank you for a great stay!!

Not the best. It has a new coat of paint and the master was redone but the other bedroom is awful. The smell of mold was very strong and we had a few that were sensitive and got sick. Sheets smelled terrible. Did not supply detergent for towels or dishwasher but wanted us to start a load?? Won’t stay here again

Beautiful condo! Spectacular, beautiful view! We watch the dolphins the deck in the afternoon. Condo is nicely furnished and equipped and very clean. Would definitely stay again!
