Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit 502 is a very spacious two bedroom/ two bathroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Breakers East building.
Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided. Features: master bedroom - king size bed, blackout drapes, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; master bathroom has walk-in shower, double vanity; 2nd bedroom-(2) queen size beds, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; 2nd bathroom has bathtub/shower combination, single vanity; living room- (1) queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV/Blu Ray Player; kitchen-fully equipped; full size washer & dryer in the condo.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

If you are looking for the perfect beach view and a beautiful condo, look no further. Access to the property was hassle-free, the condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and had an amazing ocean view. I have absolutely no complaints, only rave reviews for this condo and Your Assistant on the Beach. All of the appliances worked as they should and the condo was stocked as stated in the rental details. Totally relaxing and glorious! You will not be disappointed!

Nothing special compared to other rentals we have stayed at. There was no coffee, games, and other additions that make it stand out. The floors were dirty. We took our shoes off and walked around barefooted on the floor and our feet were nasty. The elevators and grounds weren't nice, definitely not impressive. I wouldn't stay here again. Not impressed compared to others we have stayed at. The 2 positives were the location and it was by the beach.

Our family has stayed in unit 502 for the last two years and we won’t go anywhere else! The unit is pristine, the views are amazing and beach is steps away! We love it here! Carolyn and her team do an amazing job of making sure your trip goes smoothly and just go up and beyond to provide its guest with little extras, like options for early access and Walmart pickup. We love Breaker’s East and highly recommend unit 502!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect view, large balcony, very well stocked, clean, and friendly assistance. Pool was nice and clean as well. Parking was easy and close. The location is close to publics/wal-mart as well as Destin Commons.

This place was exactly like the pictures. Well kept up and clean. Has problems with the air conditioner but someone was there ASAP to fix it Very fast response to all our questions.

Location was great but condo was a little beat up. There was an inch of dust on the exhaust fans and both bathrooms and the place could use a fresh coat of paint. Management was amazing.

We absolutely LOVED Breakers East 502- the entire unit was immaculately clean and so nicely decorated! The unit had plenty of towels, extra blankets and a kitchen fully stocked for a wonderful stay. We’ve been staying at Breakers East for years and there’s no other place I’d stay. The location, beach and view is unbeatable! Carolyn and her team at Your Assistant at the Beach are fabulous to work with. I highly recommend unit 502 ! It’s a beautiful unit! You will NOT be disappointed!

This condo was perfect for us. We had two couples that stayed. The bedrooms were big, the kitchen and living room area were perfect, and the balcony was amazing. The beds and furniture were comfortable and all the appliances were new and very nice. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Very good location, close to everything. The beach is very beautiful. The heated swimming pool is also very nice.
