As always we had a wonderful time at Breaker's East in Destin. The complex is the best all around. This was not our first time in Unit 303, it’s great, like home a way from home.

Good experience. Manager responded promptly to any problems. The microwave above the stove didn't work but we found they had supplied one on the counter by the wet bar. Beach supplies were provided (towels and toys). Check in went very smooth. Location was great. Sat on the porch a lot after going to the beach.

We spent 28 days in this awesome condo. Very comfortable place. The pictures are just what it looked like. Only down fall to this condo is that the owner has way to many cupboards and closets locked. But would rent this unit again.

We loved the Unit! By far the homiest and most equipped unit we’ve stayed in! As always Breakers East is our favorite complex and this was our favorite unit so far. We will definitely try and reserve this one next year.

We had a great time. This was the second year that we had rented this condo. The condo is close to everything.

Breakers east is our favorite place. The rooms are always so clean such pleasant people to work with Carolyn and her family are amazing. This is our fourth year staying here and everything about it is wonderful. Great location great pool easy access to the beach. It’s just great.

This is my 4th year staying at Breakers East and we absolutely love the view! We also enjoy that there is beach set up included with the stay. Everyone is nice. Management is responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Breakers East 303! We always look forward to our stays in Florida, and as we are first-timers in Destin, we can say we truly enjoyed our experience. Breakers East 303 had everything we needed. There was an abundance of towels, bed linens, and kitchen items. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. At this time, the second elevator is under maintenance, but we never waited for more than five minutes for the elevator to take us to our floor. As you can imagine, the views from the balcony are incredible - we had a great time watching for dolphins in the morning while we had our morning coffee. We were able to enjoy local restaurants such as Merlin's Pizza, Pecan Jack's Candy and Ice Cream, and East Pass Coffee Company. For seafood, we really enjoyed Harbor Dock's. A definite must-do - take a pontoon ride to Crab Island!

I hope we are able to come back to Destin real soon. If we do, I am confident we will seek accommodations at Breakers East!

Very comfortable , nicely decorated, fully stocked condo. Loved the resurfaced tennis / pickleball courts. We enjoy the location ( minus hwy98 .. that’s always a true test in patience) have been vacationing @ Breakers East for many years during the Spring . Management company provides excellent service . Enjoyed every minute. Great location, great property. I didn't want to leave. Needed an ironing board. One elevator did not work. I would stay again.

This was a great place to stay but there were a couple "little" things. We noticed tiny baby ants around the kitchen sink that might need to be taken care of. And we never did get hot water at the master bath lavatory faucets. Shower was great, but difficult shaving at the sink with cold water.

Our party of 5 long time Destin visitors (many of us pre hurricane Opel) and sometimes property owners could not have been more impressed with this condominium and the service we received.

We found the unit exactly as shown in the listing photos - only the unit is even more beautiful. The furnishings and appliances appeared to be new, and the entire unit was in pristine condition.

The view from the balcony is just above the palm trees, close enough to feel a part of the beach but high enough for privacy.

Check in was straight forward and easy. Carolyn and Erica, with the management company, responded immediately to emails and were very helpful when our itinerary changed shortly after we made the reservation. Thank you!

Our group consisted of three sisters and one sister-in-law. We found the rental in good shape, clean, and well kept. Our only disappointment was we could not see the sun rise or sun set from our balcony. That would have been nice to know up front.

We have been staying at Breakers East for many years. Carolynn and Erica are great to work with! This is our second time in unit 1001, now that we are needing a three bedroom. The unit still feels roomy even with the addition of the third bedroom. Beds are comfy enough, but could use some new pillows and pillow cases for the extra pillows, kitchen needs some restocking of teaspoons and coffee mugs. Overall we had a great time and would rent this unit again. Thanks

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean, smelled great and was very comfortable for our family of 5 and my mother. We had a little bit of trouble with the wifi but the staff was friendly and prompt to get it up and running for us. A delightful vacation and just what we needed. We even added on an extra night.

We have vacationed at Breakers East for many years now, and it never disappoints! This year was even better because the security/grounds keeper was the most friendly and welcoming person there. It was a peaceful trip that none of us were ready to leave!

This was our 8th time to Destin, but new to this property. Overall, a great stay, the pros: beautiful condo, comfortable Tempurpedic master bed, well-equipped kitchen, large balcony with lots of seating, plenty of towels and beach toys, great pool with 6 feet depth, quality corn hole boards, clean property, friendly security, and the beach area was very wide and large. Cons: dishwasher wouldn't work, lights burned out over the stove, sofa and chairs were sagging and worn, no kitchen table - just an island with 3 chairs (which we should have noticed in the listing). Overall, a great place to stay and would recommend

The condo is perfect for a family. Plenty of space for everyone. The views are spectacular from the balcony. Could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this condo and will be returning again in July.

Breakers East never disappoints. Always clean and ready for us when we get there and The view and comfort are great!

Cozy & clean condo. Kitchen has everything you need, plenty of linens including beach towels, extra beach chairs (in addition to the 2 provided on the beach) toys and cooler. High end furniture and linens. Prompt communication throughout our stay.

Condo was clean and everything in working order except the ice maker on the refrigerator would not dispense the ice. Extra ice maker was nice to have.
Bathrooms by the pool and beach were not working so we had to go up to the 10th floor each time we needed the restroom. Very inconvenient.
Living room furniture is dated and not very comfortable for watching tv. Not my taste either for a beach home but that is a personal opinion.
Beds were comfortable. Nice beach towels available. And really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Great week in Destin with nearly 100 family members attending during the week. For over 40 years, we have held the reunion at Breakers East.

We love the beach and especially the stay at the hotel. The room is always clean and really roomy. The only thing is the bathrooms don’t have locks and I’m not big on that lol. But everything else is so nice there

We had a very nice stay here. Perfect location right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful stay, the cover parking and beach set up was a plus. The property was really clean, well maintained, close to attractions, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, & more. The only thing that was disappointing was that there’s no dinning table. That was my fault though, I missed it on the pictures. I definitely will recommend this unit, we made the best of it and if we go next year this is one place that I would love to stay again.

This is a nice condo, but is starting to show some wear. If you like cooking yourself, the pots and pans are not in good condition. Plan on bringing your own if possible. It could happen anywhere, but we had a cockroach problem in the kitchen. End of the season, it most likely has not been treated for awhile. Otherwise, the unit was good with several nice amenities.

My stay at Breakers East was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I visit Destin 3 times a year and are never disappointed. Breakers East is our favorite place this far. We have stayed at other condos but like this one best. The only thing missing is a gym. Other than that, great place.

This kitchen in this condo is so well stocked. Makes cooking very easy. Views are breathtaking with ample seating for everyone on the balcony. The master bedroom bed is so comfortable but the other beds are very hard. I realize this two bedroom condo was remodeled into a three bedroom and it looks great with the large kitchen island but there is no kitchen table. Only seating for three people at the island. The condo was clean and we had no maintenance issues while there. Overall we had a fantastic stay in 1001.

This is our first time to stay in this unit although we have been in broker space for several years vacationing with our family. Everything was great which made our stay very comfortable! We love having the ice machine in the unit and the adjustable bed in the master suite was a hit! We even took a picture of the label so we could order one for ourselves!

As with each year that we stay with you, the experience is exceptional. The property exceeded our expectations it even had an ice machine which came in super handy! This owner went above and beyond with the supplies that they provided including a toddler bed!!!

The condo was perfect for our group of 8 - lots of space, great layout, beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, big island to gather around, plenty of sitting space as well and an ice maker and large fridge. This condo has everything you need! We loved it so much we are rebooking for next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at 1001 Breakers East. The location was great! The views were incredible! The condo complex is older, but the unit was clean. My only complaint is it was musty smelling & there was mold on a couple vent registers.

The condo was great and the view was even better! Carolyn was awesome to work with and we would definitely book again.
