This condo was a great place to land on the Panhandle! We best appreciated the easy access to the beach, & it’s hard to beat waking up to a cup of coffee on the balcony & a walk along the beach. Starbucks, Dunkin, Baskin Robbins & Chick-fil-a within walking distance were welcome surprises for the kids who like to break up the beach days. They could also play cornhole, pickleball, swim in the pool & play beach volleyball on site. There was a nice security guard who even helped them look for a wayward volleyball in the bushes one evening!
The kitchen was well supplied, they had a coffee grinder on site (we brought our own just in case). There were signs of wear on the baseboards & cabinets in the kitchen & bathrooms-it wasn’t newly renovated but it was comfortable & there was ample space to store personal effects while there. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great week (after 4th of July) and the perfect place. Plenty of space and great kitchen space It was perfectly located. Couldn’t ask for much more. Walk down to the beach then come back to the room and then back down to the beach. 10/10

Had a wonderful week on the beach with my almost adult children and their friends. The location, amenities and condo were all perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen was stocked okay, bathrooms were clean and good size, bedrooms okay but pillows need to be replaced. We bought new ones to use and took them home. Carpet in bedrroms needed cleaning badly, and living room sofa and chair needs replaced. They are the same as were in the condo in 2017 as Higgins rented it. Hope for new furniture when we come back next February.

We really enjoyed our stay! We paid for the early check in and it was totally worth it. The condo was clean, spacious and very accommodating. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the water park and several great dinner locations. Traffic was somewhat difficult but we stayed in July and that’s to be expected. The umbrella and chair setup was really nice each day and my kids loved the pool. The parking location for the condo was just feet away from the elevator.
A few cons...our ice maker didn’t work so we had to navigate traffic each day to buy ice. We were also only provided 3 small trash bags so it was one more thing to run out and get. There was also only one elevator working for half our trip. Being on the 11th floor in the heat made that extremely difficult. Luckily the second one was fixed and things moved so much quicker. We had great service whenever we needed anything prior to the trip. We did have a question the last day and it took about 24 hours to hear back but overall the experience was wonderful and we’d love to stay again!

Amazing

Positives: Location; view; spacious; reserved/covered parking a plus; well equipped; loved the included beach setup. Was quiet ... didn't hear noise from neighboring units.
Negatives: Arrived late (8PM) - the code for the door lock did not work. No one is on-site, even security. Property management did not answer phone calls. Finally received a text with the correct code but this was very distressing. How can you not provide the correct door code if no one is going to be available to assist!? As others have noted, the shine has gone off this unit. Especially the fabric sofa set in the living area. Upholstery is stained and dirty. Upon entry, I ran my hand over the sofa back and found sand and dirt.

Great place for a week long stay. Balcony overlooked the ocean. Quick, easy access to the private beach or the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. The dryer quit working during our stay and maintenance was there and took care of the problem quickly. My only complaint (and its a super minor one) is that the elevator ride to the 11th floor was hot and stuffy. Will definitely be booming and staying again. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

The rental was very clean and spacious. The property description was as described and we had everything we needed to make our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The management company was accesible when I had questions and was quick with response. Definitely would stay here again. The parking spot with condo was a definite plus.

This is the second time we stayed at this condo and enjoyed the stay, but the condo needs TLC. We come for the golf, great Destin seafood and beautiful location. We had.a few requests that management (Carolyn is fantastic) promptly addressed (replaced stained mattress cover, provide a new set of pots) and promptly replaced the broken microwave. The owners should consider a deep clean or replacement of the carpet, updating dishes, stabilizing dining table, and updating bathrooms (see 1106 baths for comparison). A beautiful space that needs some love.

Let me start out by saying THE VIEW!!!! It is exactly as the pictures depicted and was exactly what I needed! The condo was spacious and very comfortable for our week in Destin. It is a little far away from the Harbor, so having your own car is a must, especially due to COVID taking many of the UBER drivers away from the area. The beach was well taken care of.

The only complaint I had was that other than the towels and dishes, there was nothing else in the condo. No drinking water, salt, pepper, any condiments at all. We used Shipt to have a shopper get us groceries and deliver them to us, but we didn't think about salt and pepper! I know with COVID, things are a little different, but I am just saying that you might want to think about those things before you arrive.

The beds were very comfortable, there were LOTS of towels and washcloths, blankets and pillows, the washer and dryer were nice (but again, bring your own laundry detergent). Carolyn did provide us with beach towels when I asked. They really take up a lot of room in your suitcase!

The housekeeping staff was also great. They saw that we had arrived a little early and were outside in the heat. They hustled so that we were able to get in just a little early.

All in all, I would definitely come back next time to this condo.

The condo was clean and spacious. All rooms were large, which allowed our family of 6 plus grandparents plenty of room. The location was great with lots to do and the beach and pool were clean and not crowded.
Just some perks that we were happy about especially when traveling and staying in different locations was that the water pressure was amazing (great showers) and the AC was cold!!! I would suggest a need for a pizza cutter though, Haha!
We had a great time at Breakers East and definitely recommend this unit. The ocean views from the condo are stunning. Carolyn was very responsive whenever we had a question and even offered to help with another unit when our flight home was canceled until the next day. Luckily, we were able to fly home on our original checkout day from another airport.
This was our first time to Destin and we loved it.....we hope to return again soon!

The condo offered everything we needed for our week-long stay. Plenty of room for all of us (4 adults; 2 teens). The location is perfect, right in the heart of Destin and steps away from the beach. Amazing views!

We were very pleased with this rental for our family of 7. The unit was well equipped and clean. Views of the Gulf were incredible! Plenty to do within a short drive. My only desire would be to have more restaurants within walking distance.

The unit was very nice and clean however we were disappointed that we were not told that we would not have access to our covered parking due to building work. We also had scaffolding outside our balcony for the entire 6 week visit and were not able to use our balcony for 9 days due to painting and railing repair.

We loved Breakers II and it’s central location. Happy that beach set up was included. Unit was comfortable and well equipped but neither coffeemaker worked correctly. Unit needs painting and updating to compete with other units in the building. Kleenex and kitchen hand soap was not included; not a big issue but it was listed in the rental description.

This was the best stay. Perfect view, large balcony, clean rooms, perfectly stocked kitchen supplies. The building was also always kept so clean in hallways and elevators. There was also beach toys provided by the owner, which was great. Will for sure stay again.

I have stayed here a couple times before but this week I was really able to relax and take it all in. This was a Mom’s only trip with 4 other girlfriends and everything was wonderful. The weather was perfect. I can’t wait to get back

This unit is very nice, easy to access, close to food and entertainment with an amazing view. The only negative I could see, which didn't affect me at all, the tubs would be hard for an elderly person to access.

This condo was smaller than most so the beach was definitely not as crowded. It had everything we needed from dishes to beach toys and everything in between. It was clean and comfortable!

Our beach set up was included in price of condo, and this condo also had its own reserved parking place. Already looking forward to coming back next year.

This condo was very wide and roomy not like most condos that are narrow and cramped. The kitchen is very nice and has everything you need except food! There are even extra beach towels in laundry room and boogie and skim boards in second bedroom closet. The entire rental process went perfectly. Carolyn is very professional, nice, helpful and efficient. We were very pleased with everything!

I have to say that I was a little surprised when we arrived at the condo. I was a little taken back by the entrance of the door upon entering the condo door which I did not expect. It was small and could have had a nicer entrance. The condo was clean, but the condo smelled musty like it had not been used in a while. I have to say that the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and more. I have stayed in many condos and this was stocked better than I had ever experienced; however, when I opened the freezer on the refrigerator the freezer had a very strong odor of fish! I ended up taking everything out including
dumping the ice and washed it down and placed a box of armor hammer for the smell. The living room furniture was very comfortable, but the mattress on the beds were extremely too hard that none of us could really sleep without hurting.
The last three nights my friend and I slept on the. floor. We looked at the bed in the sofa, but it was no better. The elevator was making a terrible racket when we arrived and was told the mechanics had been called and it was corrected the next day, but the elevators were extremely slow that we had waited almost every time to get them to come down. I really hate to give such a mixed review, but I feel that changes are necessary to keep people coming back each year like we do every year. I sure wished this had worked out as I have been searching for a place to come back to each year, unfortunately this was not the one.

The condo is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants, bars and stores nearby. The covered parking spot is great too. The condo had everything we needed for a weekend away. Even though it is on the 11th floor (second from the top), it was never a long wait - though this may be because it was not quite the busy season yet. The condo building has a heated pool and restrooms on the bottom floor which made for convenient breaks while spending a day on the beach. Reserving umbrellas/chairs was an easy process as well.

We had a great time in Destin! This condo is very nice and well equipped with everything you need. Loved the fact the beach wasnt as crowded since the complex is smaller. Parking is a breeze and it was so nice having one space under the complex that is marked for the condo. Also, Carolyn was great to deal with very helpful and always got back to you within 24 hours which was so nice Already planning another visit to this condo.

The floor plan was nice and Carolyn was great. The beach was also perfect. There was a crack in the middle of the ceiling drywall that hurts the room's ambiance. Also, the master bed mattress seems to be completely broken down, it hurt both my wife's and my back.
