We love it here so much! This was our 2nd time staying there! The condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was lacking but overall a fantastic place to stay. Will definitely go back again.

My family has been spending Thanksgiving in Destin over the past couple of years and we love it. It is so relaxing and the perfect time to come to the beach. This year was no different.

My only complaint is that condo neighbors near us smoked weed a lot which made it hard to want to sit out on the balcony. It got so bad a couple of times that we had to shut the balcony door to avoid the condo smelling like weed

Clean, modern and well appointed. The only reason I would give this 4 instead of 5 stars is the absence of trash bags and laundry detergent.

The condo could have been cleaned better. There were food crumbs in between the sheets in the 2nd bedroom along with stained pillow cases.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Breakers East #403, and it was nothing short of a dream beach getaway. As a long-time family vacation tradition, we decided to try out another unit this time, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this property truly lives up to its description. The Gulf-front view was breathtaking, and the layout of the 2BR/2BA unit was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The amenities provided were exactly as promised, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay.

One of the standout highlights of our experience was the exceptional customer service provided by Jared for the beach setup. His friendliness and dedication to ensuring our beach experience was top-notch made a significant impact on our vacation. Additionally, the Assistant at the Beach ladies went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our stay, from setting up chairs to providing local insights and recommendations.

The property itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, reflecting the care and attention to detail of the owner or manager. Their commitment to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed and contributed to our overall satisfaction.

As for recommendations, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at Back Porch, Edge, Skybar, Harbor Docks, and Bochamps. Each offered delicious food and unique atmospheres, adding to the richness of our vacation experience.

In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Breakers East #403 to anyone seeking a perfect beach retreat. Whether you're a family looking to create lasting memories or a couple in search of a romantic getaway, this property checks all the boxes for an unforgettable vacation experience. Breakers East never disappoints! It was chilly this year, but the staff cranked up the heat in the pool and we swam all week! Our unit was lovely. Perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for dinners at home. We love to cook fresh seafood from Destin Ice!

This place was beautiful inside, nicely decorated, very clean. The view from the balcony was great and the balcony was large enough to really hang out in. The ice machine was nice but a little bit noisy from the second bedroom at night. Also, there was some odd noise from the unit above us that sounded like someone scraping a chair over a concrete floor that was irritating but certainly did not spoil our stay. All in all very nice and would stay here again. One of the elevators was down but they did tell us that in advance and was not a big issue.

I have stayed in this room for several years. It may be time to do just some minor updating, but other than that it is amazing!

We loved the view from the balcony of the 4th floor condo. Ease of getting to the beach and pickleball courts added to our enjoyment.

Unfortunately our experience to get some peace and quiet time was not what we got here. We ended up leaving 3 days early due to all the construction noise in the building and the building next door. There were hammer drills and hammering from 9am till 5pm each day making it impossible to relax. Even on the beach the sounds could be heard. I wish we would have been told there was construction going on, we would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Also the apartment was not equipped with black out curtains so the light from the outside corridor filled the bedroom making it very difficult to get any rest.

If those things matter to you I would suggest finding out before completing your reservation. The beach is great and the view from the condo is great. Just wished we would have asked more questions about possible noise and light issues before booking.

Breakers East 403 is a beautiful condo, it is clean with up to date Beachy decor! The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes we needed! The bathrooms were very nice as well. The balcony was amazing!!

We stayed in unit 403. It was ok. Not as nice as some of the other units we have had. But we enjoyed ourselves! We love Breaker's East Condo rentals through your assistant at the Beach.

Breakers East is an older building which is well maintained. Would we rent again? - absolutely. We found the water pressure in the unit to be low. I'm not sure there's much the owner could do on that front. We also found the porch furniture to be well used. I'd toss most of it and add a few high top Adirondack chairs to see over the railing versus having to look through the slats of the railing.

Had a really good time at the Breakers East!

This was our first time visiting Destin, FL and we absolutely loved it. Breakers East was an awesome place to stay. Very clean, accommodating, and easy to get out of your condo and onto the beach or wherever you need to go. We will definitely be back next year!

Excellent location with beautiful view. The condo was well kept and set up for a great family vacation gathering. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This has been the absolute best condo we have stayed! They were fabulous with responding to all emails & texts. The staff was even able to help accommodate us with a longer stay if needed due to a tropical storm effecting our flight plan. Super clean, wonderful layout of the condo and pool was great. Loved the security of the gates. The beach was absolutely to die for! We will definitely be back!!!

I have been staying at Breakers East since 1990 at which time I was two years old. I am now taking my own little family! We stayed in unit 403 for year and years. It was a wonderful experience to stay there again! Very clean, well kept, and everything went super smoothly! LOVE Breakers East! Worth the money, it’s the only way to do Destin! Highly recommend!!

We loved the condo at Breakers East, big, modern, updated, plenty of space & everything a family needs to feel comfortable. The staff that helped us book was great and incredibly accommodating. The beach was amazing beautiful soft white sand. Unfortunately, we hated Destin - all the beaches were locked in by the big condo buildings - can’t get on or off the beach without a gate code & the public accesses were far and few between. All the restaurants are up on the main road, speed limit is 45 but most cars are going a lot faster so it’s not a safe community for pedestrians. A big part of beach life for us is walking to restaurants, little stores, etc. & that’s just not safe in Destin.

The rental is on the 4th floor so you can sit on the couch and see the beach without being out in the sand. The large balcony was perfect for meals or just relaxing. The bedding, furniture, appliances and layout were perfect for a family or group of friends who want to feel comfortable and clean.

Very clean and at great location. Everything was just as advertised. Would stay here again.

Overall experience was very good. Few items missing that said were included but property manager brought them right away. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Very nice unit but the mattresses in both bedrooms are shot and need replacing. Also, the living room couches are terribly uncomfortable and unsightly. Otherwise, stay was very nice

We always enjoy our time in Destin. This is our second year renting from your facility and I must say what an improvement from the other management company. Carolyn and staff are AMAZING! They respond immediately to any questions or concerns. The condo was clean, fresh and ready on time for our arrival. We will happily continue to rent through your company!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! From booking to checking in and checking out, the property management was extremely helpful and courteous. The condo was just as explained on the listing, When arriving, the unit was very clean and supplied with many towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. I was very impressed with the large amount of space. We will most definitely consider this unit again for future trips to Destin and highly recommend it to anyone else.

This was a beautiful condo. It was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. I love that a beach chair set up was included. I do have one tiny complaint. The beach chair rental guy was not nice. He had a bad attitude. He told me I couldn't have a set up in the front (at least 30 empty chairs). I couldn't see my son in the water so couldn't sit there. That ruined my first day on the beach (not the condo owners fault). His excuse was that I was "late". It was 10 am on a tuesday. The next morning my friend's husband tipped him and wouldn't you know we got front row.

We had a great family trip at Breakers East, and this Condo is one of the best at Breakers East. We really like staying at Breakers East and we really enjoy the family atmosphere that we always experience at Breakers East.

The vacation could not have went any smoother from the start of booking to the exiting of the condo!!!!......

Everything about the complex and our unit was very clean and well maintained. Property management was quick to respond, professional and easy to deal with - completely recommended! Waking up each morning, coffee in hand sitting out on the balcony watching the calm surf was nice and relaxing and eating breakfast and lunch out there was nice too. We didn’t use the pool (beach and water was too awesome), but it appeared to be kept up and cleaned every day. We can’t wait to return next year.

This my family's first vacation together and it was the best! Great location! Condo was spotless and clean. Since there is 8 of us there was room for everyone with no kids complaining lol. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation rental! The condo was clean, stylishly decorated, and had amazing views of the gulf. Beach was awesome and we enjoyed the complimentary chair/umbrella set up that came with the room. Very relaxing and beautiful vacation for our family!

This condo was fabulous! Great location and very nice. Inside has updated appliances and very nice decor. Vacation rental company was very easy to contact and extremely helpful! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!! Best place I have stayed at in awhile!!

Did not enjoy room 403. No chairs in bedrooms. Bed in master bedroom had cheap mattress. Bathroom was a poor remodeling job. Shower has no shelves or seats and iOS not ADA compliant. Faucets are too short for the sinks and you can’t even use them very easily. Don’t want to spend my time on writing more of the same.

Enjoyed getting away from the inclement weather in Missouri. Visiting guests from other places but regular travelers to Destin always a good time. Foggy, Yes, but always enjoy the stay irregardless of the weather.

The room and location where amazing the view through the whole balcony was phenomenal. I loved how clean everything was how well taken care of it seem to be the ease of getting to the beach and getting the beach set up every day was amazing my contact with the rental person was awesome. The only issue I had was that the elevator was broken for the majority of time we were there basically the first two days we had elevator the rest of the time it was broken and not gonna be fixed till after we left so there was only one working elevator that always seem to be busy.

We love vacationing in Destin. We have stayed at Breakers East several times and have never been disappointed. The location is convenient to everything you need.

This property was beyond awesome everything we could have wanted. Condo was clean, relaxing, great location, perfect beach access not too crowded. I have been going to Destin Florida since 1998 and this was definitely the nicest place Ive ever stayed. We will definitely be coming back!

The property and condo were very clean and well maintained. Lots of activities and attractions within walking distance. We look forward to going back next year!
