Very clean and well kept unit, we appreciate the extra beach towels and toys which came in handy for sure. Since we flew in and weren’t able to bring all the chairs, etc. The unit was very clean and beautiful, thank you for a very fun vacation

This Condo is lovely and the view of the beach and Gulf is beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing days on the sandy white beach and watched beautiful sunsets. The condo is large and comfortable. We will surely return.

Beach service was awesome...parking was great... beds were good but no closet doors planking boxes on the floor... no place to put clothes and weird floor planking surrounding the baths

Breakers East is centrally located with east access to restaurants, stores and entertainment. This is a spacious condo - appreciate the coveted parking that accompanies the unit. Our condo was clean , and very spacious! The beach area was never crowded !!

Unit was clean and well stocked. The large balcony with beachfront view was a plus. Management was friendly and very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Reserved sparking space and complementary beach chairs and umbrella was also a plus. We loved it.

The condo was well furnished with everything you needed including beach toys for children. Close to majority of great restaurants. We enjoyed ou stay with you and would go back again. The water was very nice /clear with the beautiful white sandy beach .

Very nice condo. It was so clean and spacious! Beds were comfortable, and couch and recliner was too! Awesome views and quick walk to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were such a treat. The large balcony was great! Parking was a breeze. Loved the gated entry. Turning into the condo was a bit complicated because of the busy street. This condo is in the middle of Destin busyness.

We were pleased with how spacious the unit was. The view was great, it was quiet, and the wait for the elevator was very reasonable. Loved that the beach was not crowded. Walls and woodwork were in need of paint. The lint screen in the dryer had a large hole in it which allowed lint to build up causing a potential fire hazard. We pulled a substantial amount of lint from the front of the dryer. Also the dryer vent outside was dislodged so dryer lint blew all over the outside walkway. Kitchen appliances were not in the best shape, especially the microwave. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. At check-in the pillowcases on the bed in the master had numerous black streaks on them - appeared to be grease - which didn't wash out. We ended up buying pillows and pillowcases for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Traffic is a challenge, but having stayed in Destin twice previously we knew what to expect. Overall enjoyed our stay. When our guests had a change in travel plans the management company allowed us to stay another day, which was very much appreciated.

This place is very spacious. Easily fit my 3 teen/adult kids and myself. If you enjoy cooking, this kitchen has awesome views and plenty of countertop space. Views are incredible from living and master bedroom areas. Only drawback is not very hot water for showers; maybe could increase hot water settings. Overall, this place is great!

Our friend group consists of three people in the education profession and one legal field personal. We have taken a beach trip right after school let’s out for several years. This was an incredible experience because we were right along the beach. The rentals (chairs, kayak, and paddle board) were mostly reasonably priced. The only thing that would make this condo better is a gym.

We enjoyed the convenience of having everything we needed in a great location. Right on the beach and within walking distance to a lot of shops. The unit was well maintained and clean. We got the exercise, rest, and family time we needed.

Everything was PERFECT - from the beautiful condo to the weather to the water temperature. This was our third consecutive times in three years. We will be back again and agin to Breaker's East.

This location is great. Easy access to pool and beach. Grocery store, fresh seafood, and excellent restaurants within 20 minutes drive max. Highly recommended.

Breakers E705 was an awesome find in Destin. This was a very roomy 2B, 2B condo. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect and the beach area was not overly crowded like the larger condo buildings. The unit was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. There was a water/racing park across the street, many boating/fishing activities nearby and plenty of shopping for anything you need in this area. We really enjoyed this vacation home!

The pots were non stick, and the metal was falling off. Don’t we all know that those pans are not good for us, especially when it’s flaking off? There was no BBQ equipment. No big bowls, pitchers etc. We will be back, of course, but we won’t stay in 705.

Couldn’t have asked for anything bettter! Clean and very accommodating condo with a beautiful view!☀️ We loves watching the dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee. We will def be back!

Wonderful!!! All pics on internet were extremely accurate. Balcony was fabulous for views. Felt safe in gated community. All was clean. If I had a question it was answered in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely repeat this experience!!!

After searching for a condo I stumbled upon Breakers east. I’m so glad I did. Huge condo compared to others we stayed in. Very relaxed atmosphere, easy check in, safe, and clean. Pool was adequate and clean. The only complaint we have was 705 needs curtains that close without a fight and some more lighting. Good lord it was dark at night. Overall we plan on renting again.

This was an amazing location on the beach and the condo exceeded our expectations!!! We had an amazing time despite the weather. The view is perfect!

Spring Break 2019... property was very clean and well kept..our room #705 was not cleaned so well... the floors were very very dirty.. we bought floor cleaner and cleaned them ourself... will definitely stay here again but prob will not stay in #705

Everything was nice, the rooms was spacious and plenty of room. and loved having the view of the ocean. easy walk to our condo from the beach. I had to contact our property manager a couple times and she was very helpful and got back quickly both times. Even tho our vacation was cut short because of a hurricane, the manager and the stay was nice. The balcony had plenty of room.

We have rented from Carolyn several times and she never disappoints. This was our first time in this unit & everything was clean & updated. The view is perfect and access to the beach is hard to beat. We will definitely be returning & using Carolyn to reserve our stay.

It was a beautiful condo. I loved the large balcony. Management was so welcoming and accommodating. Even though it rained, we were able to watch the storms over the Gulf from the balcony. We even saw a rainbow.The dryer needs to be fixed. I will definitely choose Breakers East again.

We needed a condo that let us rent Wednesday to Wednesday this year rather than the traditional Sat - Sat rental. While we'd never stayed at Breakers East this was a nice condo and I'd recommend it to anyone. Big rooms and very comfortable.
