Breakers East never disappoints. Always clean and ready for us when we get there and The view and comfort are great!

Cozy & clean condo. Kitchen has everything you need, plenty of linens including beach towels, extra beach chairs (in addition to the 2 provided on the beach) toys and cooler. High end furniture and linens. Prompt communication throughout our stay.

Condo was clean and everything in working order except the ice maker on the refrigerator would not dispense the ice. Extra ice maker was nice to have.
Bathrooms by the pool and beach were not working so we had to go up to the 10th floor each time we needed the restroom. Very inconvenient.
Living room furniture is dated and not very comfortable for watching tv. Not my taste either for a beach home but that is a personal opinion.
Beds were comfortable. Nice beach towels available. And really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
Loved the beach and pool. Would definitely stay in this building again.

We had a wonderful experience. Easy check in and great communication with the property manager. Condo was well equipped, clean and right on the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

I love the location as well as the property. This is the most spacious 3 bedroom that I have ever stayed in. The property was very clean and well maintained. The views of the ocean were spectacular. Enjoyed watching the dolphins playing every day.
The property management is the best management company I have ever delt with. Any questions that I had were answered immediately. This is something that I have never experienced with another property management company.

Love the size and location of Breakers East. Greatly enjoy the included beach service. Great customer service from Erica and Carolyn!

Room always meets our expectations. Could use an air fryer and crockpot.

Great week in Destin with nearly 100 family members attending during the week. For over 40 years, we have held the reunion at Breakers East.

We love the beach and especially the stay at the hotel. The room is always clean and really roomy. The only thing is the bathrooms don’t have locks and I’m not big on that lol. But everything else is so nice there

We had a very nice stay here. Perfect location right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more!

We had a wonderful stay, the cover parking and beach set up was a plus. The property was really clean, well maintained, close to attractions, restaurants, shopping, gas stations, & more. The only thing that was disappointing was that there’s no dinning table. That was my fault though, I missed it on the pictures. I definitely will recommend this unit, we made the best of it and if we go next year this is one place that I would love to stay again.

Enjoyed this property. My family travels to Destin a couple of times a year. This is the perfect place for me and my family. This is our new home away from home.

This year was a different unit from last year but so much was the same - the unit was clean, comfortable, plenty of room, well equipped - overall a wonderful place to spend a couple of weeks. The major difference between this year and last was that there wasn't a dining table in this unit, just 3 seats at the island and a high top for 4 on the balcony. While that was doable for our purposes, it won't necessarily work for everyone
But once again the views were FABULOUS and the beautiful beach was long and right outside the door! Working with Carolyn and Erica was great as always. We can't wait for next year!

This is a nice condo, but is starting to show some wear. If you like cooking yourself, the pots and pans are not in good condition. Plan on bringing your own if possible. It could happen anywhere, but we had a cockroach problem in the kitchen. End of the season, it most likely has not been treated for awhile. Otherwise, the unit was good with several nice amenities.

My stay at Breakers East was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I visit Destin 3 times a year and are never disappointed. Breakers East is our favorite place this far. We have stayed at other condos but like this one best. The only thing missing is a gym. Other than that, great place.

This was our 3rd. time to rent 1001. The room is very pretty and having 3 bedrooms is always a great option for our family.

This kitchen in this condo is so well stocked. Makes cooking very easy. Views are breathtaking with ample seating for everyone on the balcony. The master bedroom bed is so comfortable but the other beds are very hard. I realize this two bedroom condo was remodeled into a three bedroom and it looks great with the large kitchen island but there is no kitchen table. Only seating for three people at the island. The condo was clean and we had no maintenance issues while there. Overall we had a fantastic stay in 1001.

This is our first time to stay in this unit although we have been in broker space for several years vacationing with our family. Everything was great which made our stay very comfortable! We love having the ice machine in the unit and the adjustable bed in the master suite was a hit! We even took a picture of the label so we could order one for ourselves!

As with each year that we stay with you, the experience is exceptional. The property exceeded our expectations it even had an ice machine which came in super handy! This owner went above and beyond with the supplies that they provided including a toddler bed!!!

We absolutely loved Breakers East! The condo was perfect for our group of 8 - lots of space, great layout, beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, big island to gather around, plenty of sitting space as well and an ice maker and large fridge. This condo has everything you need! We loved it so much we are rebooking for next summer!

We enjoyed our stay at 1001 Breakers East. The location was great! The views were incredible! The condo complex is older, but the unit was clean. My only complaint is it was musty smelling & there was mold on a couple vent registers.

The condo was great and the view was even better! Carolyn was awesome to work with and we would definitely book again.

Very well equipped and clean condo. Comfortable beds and lots of soft towels. Erica and Carolyn were easy to work with and responsive. This is the second year we have stayed in Breakers East. We love the location and the fact that they have plenty of luggage carts.
View from balcony of 1001 is spectacular We have knee issues so were not able to use tall stools at the bar and tall chairs on balcony. A table and chairs at normal height would be nice as well as a couple of grab bars in bathrooms. Nice condo for young people or older people with good knees.

Exceptionally clean, very comfortable condo.
The kitchen was well supplied. A plus having washer & dryer.

Nicely updated. Great amount of supplies. Great washer/dryer. Great view of Gulf and great and easy beach access. Spacious bedrooms. Wonderful master bedroom mattress. Very easy access to many attractions. Loved the private parking spot. Elevator in condo was average. Got stuck once with a guest inside and we needed to walk 10 flights of stairs up. The door would partially get stuck at times as well. No posted hours for the condo office for access to the tennis equipment. No access to netflix on the main TV although the owner took care of the problem fairly quickly. Overall a great experience and are planning on coming back next year to the same condo.

We loved this place! Great location within walking distance of a lot of things. The view of the beach was amazing!

This condo was even better than the pictures. I have never stayed in a place where they literally thought of EVERYTHING!!! The bedding on every bed in the condo was plush and so comfortable. The mattresses on every bed felt brand new and so comfortable. I took pictures of the tags on the comforters so I can look into ordering some. The water pressure in the showers actually got the sand off of you. The air conditioner worked really well! The location was absolutely perfect to get anywhere we wanted to go. I would and will stay here from now on if it is available. The ice machine.... I assumed it was just the fridge/freezer with the ice machine type of deal. Nope! It is an actual ice machine built in to the cabinet. This is huge for me! I drink iced coffee all day long. Tons of towels were provided. The layout of this condo is just genius. I loved the big island too.

I was very pleased with my stay! The management team communicated very well, everything was as pictured, the home is lovely and is a PERFECT location to everything!!

The property was nice, and we had a great time.

We have been renting condos in the panhandle area annually for the past 25 years and this unit was truly the best so far! The furnishings & decor were top of the line...linen bedding & window treatments throughout w/ perfectly coordinating decor & quality-made furniture. All beds were comfortable, especially the Owner’s Suite which has a Tempur-Pedic gel dual adjusting mattress that amazing.

The unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival; the kitchen was well-equipped with high quality appliances & premium Calphalon cookware. I truly felt like I was in my own home instead of a vacation rental.

In terms of the property management, Carolyn & her teammate, Erica, we’re both extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process.

The ONLY recommendation I have for the ownership/management is to consider adding some larger/oversized bath towels to the be included in each bathroom.

In regards to the property/condo building itself, overall it was great too! There is one covered parking spot for our unit which was perfect for our Harley (motorcycle). We were also allowed two other parking spaces in the parking lot for our cars as well. The only thing that was a slight adjustment for us was the pool is a little smaller than we are used to at our other rentals and we missed having an on-site “tiki bar & grill”.

We will definitely rent this unit again in the future! Hope you all enjoy it as much as our family did!!!

Beautiful property. Tons of cooking supplies. HUGE balcony. 5-star furnishings. Loved the free beach setup and under building parking spot. The humidity was super high our first day, so I contacted the management company and they immediately sent up a powerful dehumidifier.

The room was as advertised and was a nice stay. Close to restaurants and attractions. The place did have a funky smell due to the air conditioner, but not enough to complain to management about. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo. Right on the beach. Smaller building with a much more relaxing atmosphere. Beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Near just about everything. And the bed in the master bedroom was. Dry comfortable and adjustable. What a nice surprise. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo that we stayed in was newly renovated and beautiful. It was on the 10th floor which gave us a great view of Destin beach. The kitchen was fantastic with all of the appliances and dishes to cook some great meals. The master bedroom suite was large and had a very comfortable king bed.
We had a great nine days of relaxation. Will definitely book this condo again.

We loved staying in this 3 bedroom unit on the very end. It was very spacious, clean and had the best features and amenities. We’ve stayed at Breaker’s East many times in the last 18 years but this condo was by far our favorite!

Outstanding experience!

We had the perfect week, Carolyn was excellent to work the reservation and stay with. We will definitely return soon. The conditions of the condominium were very clean and well maintained. We have been vacationing in Destin for 25 years, stayed in several places and this is one of the best!
