Breakers East #405

We enjoyed this property immensely! It was perfect for our needs.

This was our 2nd stay at Breakers East, this time for a month. The location is fantastic and can't be beat. The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

Unit 405 was great. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The unit was mostly clean. Other than dirty baseboards. Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had a wonderful time and we will be back if they will replace the elevators.

Condo was very clean - kitchen well equipped - property was clean and had a great time at pool and beach - will return.

Excellent condo, very clean, everything needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Great location for beach view! The only negative is the entrance to the condo location. With traffic, it is difficult to exit and enter. If you turn into the condo next door (Jade East), the is no way to cross over into the Breaker’s East property. There is a serious need for a crossover from the Jade East Condo’s to the Breaker’s East driveway.

She is always quick to respond to questions and any issues that may arise. We will definitely be back!

The overall experience was great however NO ONE goes on vacation and packs toilet paper or coffee filters.

Wonderful location. View, breathtaking! Unit was well equipped. Start up essentials such as toilet tissue, soaps, paper towels etc. Great!

We have stayed in several units at Breaker's East, but this is the best to us. I love the lower floors where you can see and hear the surf better. I love the updated design of the kitchen where the wall has been removed giving you a much more open design. The unit was well supplied and updated. It will be my choice from now on in Breaker's East!

This was our first time in Destin! Very, Very stastified with our choice! Beautiful, nice and clean condo. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach. Felt like home away from home. The view from the balacony was just amazing! Property management was great responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful!!! The condo was perfect!! It had everything we could need, the balcony was delightful! Great view of dolphins! Beach was beautiful and the chair/umbrella service was great!!

We visited Destin for my kids’ Spring Break and they weren’t too excited about it. That was until we got inside the condo at Breaker’s East!! Once they saw how nice the condo was, how beautiful the view was, and the fact that it was beach front, everything changed!! The space was clean, it smelled good, and it was more than enough room! The complimentary chairs and umbrella was a plus for me and my husband. Also, the heated pool was clutch since the weather was beautiful, but the temp wasn’t really high enough to deal with the cold ocean water for too long. We only had one hiccup, and that was the lock, but maintenance was called and the guy arrived shortly after the notification to fix the issue. The location is great, as we were right across the street from a water park and go cart riding/arcade, and some of the best restaurants. None of us wanted to leave and we were inquiring about booking for our next stay before we even got on the elevator to leave. We will definitely be back soon!!!

The property management group is terrific and I highly recommended them.
Thenbiggest problem with the property was elevator issues. The biggest asset of the property is that it's right on the ocean front and it has a terrific view.

Everything about the property was great. It had everything you need while away from home. It was very clean. The location and the direct beach view made it even better.

My husband, in laws and 3 children all had a great time in our condo. It was very spacious, clean and fully renovated. The beach view was one of a kind. We will be back again!!

The property was hust as described and exceeded our expectations. It sits right on the beach it is spacious,clean,and had everything you need for a great vacation. Will definitely stay at property again.

The location of this condo is perfect! We loved how it was not as crowded as all the surrounding properties. Very quick to get to beach! The condo was very well stocked with supplies in the kitchen and lots of towels. Will return!

We loved staying in Breakers East 405. It is a clean, well-equipped condo with a beautiful view. The whole building and grounds were well cared for. The condo has a big living space, nice kitchen full of cooking equipment, washer and dryer...what more could you want?

Our overall stay was very good. Very spacious condos for a mid size family. You can view beach from your master bedroom and living room. Direct access to beach from a private locked door. We will definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. Didn't care for carpeting in bedrooms but that was a minor thing. The bathrooms were beautiful and there were plenty of towels, etc. Balcony with beach view was gorgeous. We loved every minute of staying in 405. We've rented in Breakers East 4 or 5 times now and have never been disappointed.

This is our second time staying this year, yes in the midst of COVID!! this second time I brought all of my grandchildren, I felt this was completely safe. IT was clean and sanitized. The entire complex practices social distancing. The staff is so attentive and responds to every need quickly. This is just the latest of many trips to their locations. You can not go wrong with staying with them!!

The location was perfect for bumming around on the beach for a week!

Clean, good, quiet, convenient

This condo was excellent. Very clean and upgraded. Beautiful view. Had everything you needed and wanted. Great places to visit and eat near the condo. Putt putt golf at The Track. Lulu's to eat, Harborwalk with lots of shops and food. Sunset dolphin cruise.

This was by far the best place I've ever stayed for a vacation! Pictures advertised were good, but it actually exceeded my expectations. Balcony was huge in my opinion and the bedroom with the living room being able to look at the gorgeous view was a big plus in my book that I doubt any other place can duplicate. Nice privacy heated pool, was able to utilize the grill and loved the beach chairs and umbrella! Room had everything I could possibly need. I really liked how everything looked inside, it was a wonderful time. When I go to Destin in the future, I will get the same room no doubt!

Condo 405 was perfect. Greeted us with a beautiful sun and welcoming waterfront beach. Condo was clean and everything updated. Beds were very comfortable. Could not find anything wrong. The place was perfect. Sat out on the deck every day to watch the dolphins. Great stay.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! We had an ocean view from every angle in living room, kitchen and master bedroom. It was the best place to relax and enjoy being a family. The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures! We will definitely be back!

This was my second stay at Breakers East. First time at this condo. I loved the location. Very nicely decorated. The only thing bad I can say about this Unit, is the carpet in the bedrooms need cleaning or replaced. I know it is difficult to keep carpet up, especially with high traffic. The view was so pretty. I always feel safe staying here with my granddaughters.

Condo perfect for my group of lady friends. Clean, spacious, well-appointed and convenient to everything. Staff professional and wonderful to work with!

It was great to go to your room and key in your code. Love how complete info was emailed and updates texted to me. It was great to not be a high rise condo building therefore not as many people. Everything was great. It I go back to Destin I am going to try to stay in the same unit.

This place was fantastic! We frequent Destin, but this was our first time at the property. It was clean, large, and fantastically located. We look forward to coming back often.

The condo was great the weather was not. Pool is small so when the rain stopped it was overflowing with kids. Double red flag at the beach the whole time so there wasn't a lot to do other than sit on the balcony and watch the storms.

The beach was gorgeous - the condo was so nice and very clean and the kitchen was totally stocked with all kinds of cookware and dishes. The balcony was the best I have ever seen it was clean and big enough for the 4 of us to enjoy a full view of the gulf. Having the beach chairs and umbrella every day as part of the rental was so nice. We drove 9 hours and were not disappointed at all.

Lovely view, exactly as pictured, but..... Toilet in front bath ran water continuously. Drains in Master Bath sink backed up. Half of Electrical plug-ins in front bedroom had no power. Entrance to condo off Hwy. 98 is very difficult to turn into from the East. Too many codes to various doors to remember.

Always enjoy staying at Breakers East. You can not beat this beach. Wish the location was a bit more walkable. I'm sure we will be back.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The pool is heated and clean. You can walk right to the beach and they were included with our stay.

We all had a great time staying at Breakers East. The whole facility is well run and clean. The room was very spacious and the views are amazing.

The Condo was nice however the building needs help --- construction waking us up at 8am and broken elevators

Great unit and beautiful view of the ocean. Room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Only problem was there were no carts available when we arrived and had to make multiple trips to bring all of our luggage and groceries from the car to the room. Seems some guests hold the carts in their room in order to check out the next morning. They still had problems with the elevators. At times there was only one in service.

Everything was absolutely perfect.We spent 10 days in Destin at the Breakers East and i cant say enough about our trip!!!!

We love Destin and have been several times and this is our new favorite place to stay! Lots of room for our family of 4 and very clean! We will definitely be back! Carolyn was great to work with and made reservations, check in, check out, etc. such a breeze!

From beginning to the end of this trip there has been nothing but an easy and amazing vacation. I highly recommend renting this condo. The facility as a whole was clean and staff friendly. Ocean a few steps away and amazing views made Destin a place we would def come back to! Carolyn was amazing!!!

Property manager is awesome!! Kept me up to date on everything and even provided her cell phone number (which I never needed because everything was AWESOME!) The condo itself was very up to date, perfectly clean, and well stocked with all necessities. The master bed was super comfy, bathrooms beautiful. The balcony is HUGE! The 4th floor is perfect as you get a magnificent view and don't have to wait on elevators forever! Extremely pleased with this booking, didn't want to leave. Condo complex not too big so beach area was never crowded. Perfect location with easy access to restaurants and entertainment. You will not be disappointed with this condo! Loved it!
