Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious 30' balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Balcony overlooks pool, grilling area, dune walkover and the beach. Complimentary high-speed Cox cable internet access-WIFI.

Master bedroom - king size bed. Master bathroom has double vanity and walk in shower.
2nd bedroom-(2) Queen size beds, TV with cable/DVD/VCR.
Living room- TV, cable.
Kitchen - Large, well-equipped. Also, both Keurig and conventional coffee brewers.
Full size washer & dryer in the condo

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Checkout:10 am central time

Breakers East is our most favorite place to stay. We decided to make a last-minute trip to Destin for Spring Break so we were not able to get our favorite room. We had 605. It needs some updating. The master bed mattress was so hard I had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom. Those beds were so comfortable. They had foam mattress toppers. They should consider adding one to the master. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. The extra blanket that was in the closet was dirty. It had visible stains. The Keurig did not work. However, I will stay at Breakers East again. We have been staying there for about 12 years and it is a place we LOVE!! Just a little disappointed in the room this time. Mostly just needs a little updating. Nothing some paint and updated furnishings wouldn't hurt. Overall, a wonderful condo and great beach!!!!

Thank you for your feedback; we will definitely install a mattress topper on the master king bed. My sincere apologies for any oversights by housekeeping and the malfunctioning Keurig. In the future, please contact me while you are here so we can resolve any issues. We would have gladly brought you a new blanket and Keurig.

This unit has a new owner who plans several furniture upgrades in May 2026. They have just joined our rental program; this explains the few reviews.
