Perfect in almost every way. Clean, spacious and better than pictured. Only real drawback is turning in and out of complex to 98,a little tricky when heavy traffic. The view of the ocean when you walk in is breath taking. Highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

101 is a stunning condo. I've stayed there two times and will be back. It is clean, stylish, comfortable and has a great view. The complimentary beach chairs are a great bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Just like the pictures. Great location. Easy access to beach. Covered parking directly below unit with direct access via stairwell. Kitchen was so nice to cook in. Condo was cozy and comfortable. Washer and dryer so helpful with kids and coming home with clean clothes! Our week couldn’t have been any better. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved this condo! The recent renovation is nice and had all the amenities we needed. The property was well maintained. The property management company was very communicative and fast to respond to questions. We have stayed at many different properties in the area and haven't been as satisfied as with this unit/property. We will definitely be back.

This is our favorite place to stay ! It’s close to everything. The place is very clean and beautiful. This room comes with private parking. The stairs are right outside your door and they lead straight to your car. Also the customer service is great too. I almost forgot the beach is private and the pool is very nice. All restaurants are close and so is outlet malls. I know it’s on the first floor but you can see the beach great

This is a nice condo that accommodated my family of 4 comfortably. Compared to other condos at the Breakers complex, this one is updated and better maintained. The proximity to the beach and parking spot was a bonus.
I removed a star to reflect the overall condition of Breakers and the loud patio music/noisy evening parties that took place on multiple occasions during our stay.

The condo was clean, beautiful, had everything we needed, and in a great location. The beach chairs and umbrella that was included with the condo were just an added bonus. We will definitely return.

The location of this rental is great. Easy beach access and having the corner unit gave us a decent amount of privacy. Unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beach was perfect during our stay! We highly recommend this unit!

We have stayed in Destin every year since getting Married many years ago and this is by far the best experience we have had. The place was really clean, the communication was flawless, and the location is an absolute dream! Everything the listing says and more. I would recommend this property and owner to everyone in fact I already have!

We loved the layout, the decor, the location, the balcony view,& the amenities. However, the 2nd bedroom bath needed serious attention.

The property was as advertised. Clean, well-appointed and quite comfortable. It is our intention to get back their as soon as possible.

We had a few concerns during visit in Feb - Sink, TV, Door code & Parking / towing problem. Your Assistant Beach handled each situation quickly.
Condo was great - had a good time. Next year if possible we would prefer rent a condo managed by you. Good job.

#101 is one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in. This was our first time to stay in Destin and the location was perfect. Breakers East is set back far enough from the main road so you don’t hear any traffic noise. And is there anything better than sitting on the lanai facing the Gulf and hearing the sounds of the waves. The unit was very comfortable. Beds were great. And the kitchen is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental unit. Would love to return next January but unfortunately it is already rented. So, we have rented another unit in Breakers East and hope that it is as nice as this one!

Breakers East is our Fourth of July Family Vacation spot. The condo is always clean and the air conditioner works great, as it was very hot this year. We love staying in Room 101. It includes a covered parking spot next to the stairwell, so we do not have to use the elevator. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in 2022.

Breakers East unit 101 was amazing. The property was in the perfect location. We didn’t have to travel far to eat or to play with big kahuna across the street & the track just a couple blocks down as well. Just perfect for my husband & I as we celebrated his bday with our two small girls. It was in the first floor so it was easy getting the lil ones to & from the beach & pool then back to the room. The space was nicely updated & well furnished. Chaos with the lil ones never felt so amazing.

This condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Well appointed kitchen and quality linens for both bed and bath. The chairs and umbrella on the beach made each day easygoing. The building and property overall were clean and nicely landscaped. Nothing I would change and I will definitely return.

My husband and I overall had a wonderful experience. The condo was exactly as pictured and the remodeling was on point. This condo is impeccably decorated and location is superb. You wake up to the gulf right there. You are overlooking the pool and the beach is only a few feet away. I would recommend this rental and the staff was awesome to work with. Everything went smoothly. Bonus covered parking and balcony with rocking chairs. I must add how clean the condo was at tome of arrival.

This property makes you feel right at home. Everything about this unit was outstanding. .. Balcony views, location, activities and shopping. The loved the time I went (December) because it was not a lot of tourists there. I was looking for less crowds due to Covid-19 pandemic. This location is worth it. Private & secure pool and white sand beach.

The condo was beautiful and exactly as advertised. It was very quiet, almost like we had the whole building to ourselves. There were plenty of towels but we ran out of toilet paper the second day. My advice would be to have extra rolls of toilet paper and an extra roll of paper towels. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time with kids and grandkids. The unit was very nice and updated and in a great location. It was nice to have our chairs and umbrella ready for us on the beach each day. Covered parking was a nice feature and just a few steps to the unit. We will definitely stay again.

It was great with the exception of the Fire Alarm going off at 12:30 am with a false alarm . Lucky for us it was a false alarm . Overall it was a great experience , beautiful condo , gorgeous beaches and way too many great restaurants to choose from .

As described, just like the pictures. Great location, covered parking spot right by stairs, huge balcony, beach chairs and umbrella service included, large carts to use for unloading your car, and beautiful ocean front view.

Sometimes the pictures of the properties are much better that the property itself, in this case it is the opposite. Really cozy place and conveniently located close to everything in Destin.

The grounds were also kept clean. We even saw them spraying down the loungers at the pool with disinfectant. The location was convenient for all kinds of shopping, the Harbor Walk, groceries, etc. Also loved having our own parking spot under the building next to the steps that led to our unit, so we were able to bypass the elevators. And, our assistant was the best! She always responded to our questions within minutes. One morning, the coffee maker broke and she had another one to use immediately, until a brand new one arrived a couple hours later! We would definitely rent this unit again!

We had another wonderful stay at Breakers East 101. Everything is well appointed and clean. It’s a very convenient location and we love the view we had on the large covered patio. We would stay a third time for sure!

We have stayed in this condo for several years, as we love the location. Issues with the A/C and the refrigerator that were not resolved this stay! Management allowed us to sleep in another condo for a portion of week. Booked this condo for next year.

We purposely picked a condo with a nice, large balcony and interior as you never know what the weather will hold in October. Glad we did as Tropical Storm Nester moved ashore soon after we got there. The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. It made having to stay inside still enjoyable. The view from the balcony was perfect as was everything in this condo. We've been to Destin many times and decided this was our favorite condo. Even two false late night and early morning fire alarms(no fault of this particular condo) complete with fire trucks and a loud generator when the power went out could not take away from the comfortable stay in this condo. Great place to relax and enjoy Destin!!Highly recommend!

This was our first trip to Destin and were recommended to stay in this unit by a friend who had stayed there before . It was probably the nicest place and most convenient location we could have chosen . The leasing agent was great to work with and made the whole experience a breeze work through.

I loved being on the first floor which is raised since there was parking under the unit. I loved being able to run to the car in complete privacy and the cool car. The condo was large and tastefully appointed when on the balcony you feel almost on the beach. The walk to the beach is wonderfully brief so that makes for a lovely day.

The condo was perfect. Clean and overall amazing. Great location super close to everything and right on the beach. My family and I had a blast and we enjoyed every moment spent here.

First time using VRBO and what a great experience. Quick response time to questions. Unit was what we had expected, clean and a beautiful view! We unfortunately didn’t have the greatest weather, but unit was stocked with movies and cards and plenty of options for things to do in the area. Cant forget the heated pool :). We had a wonderful time making memories and highly recommend!

This was, by far, the best vacation rental we've have every been in. It was beautiful, extremely clean and much more than we have come to expect in a rental. Our arrival was painless. Absolutely no problems accessing the gate, apartment or the beautiful beach. The view was so, so amazing.

We enjoyed our week at this spacious condo. It was very clean and welcoming with courtesy products tucked away in guest towels, blow dryers supplied and detergents available in laundry and kitchen. The dining/living area of this condo is nicely decorated with lots of comfortable furniture and large tv and the view from the wall-to-wall glass doors is beautiful. The rental agent was very easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Breakers East #101 is the best! We've been to Destin multiple times and have stayed in many different places and this was by far our favorite. The condo was great! The dcor was beautiful. It was clean and the beach access was fantastic. The location right in the center of Destin allowed us easy access to restaurants and activities. We even walked for ice cream almost every night! I would highly recommend staying here!

Breakers East #101 was amazing, relaxing, absolutely beautiful, spotless, inviting,cozy and most of all it felt like I was right at home. The kids also felt safe, the property manager was very friendly, but most of all Mrs, Carol was absolutely the best in answering and helping my family with all our needs. Everything to do was right at our finger tips and the location was excellent. We have also stayed in Destin many times, but this has been the best time there because of unit #101. All our dreams came true and most we enjoyed our anniversary at this beautiful unit. I would recommend this unit to all that like peace, love, happiness and the beach view!!!
