Everything was as described and pictured. The condo was clean and up to date. The beach was not crowded. Chair and umbrella service was included.

Breakers East 501 is an AWESOME rental. The beach décor is first class. The views from the balcony are priceless!! Love the high chairs and tables on the balcony. Kitchen is so spacious---we have 4 people in there at one time and there was still room to dance!! Property Management agent (Erica) was so pleasant, easy to communicate with and all communications were timely. ONLY suggestion would be to change out the mattress on the bed that is next to the window in the guest room. Very uncomfortable and back breaking. Perfect location for restaurant choices and grocery shopping.

Nice unit in a building we love and such a gorgeous view. Well laid out, nice floorings and bathrooms. Reasonably well equipped but we had to buy/bring a few items (dustpan, air fryer and non-toxic non-stick frypan, bottle opener) or make do with what was there (vacuum cleaner w/broken pile height adj). Interior furnishings, appliances and the TV's/cable pkg were modest but perfectly fine for our needs. Balcony furniture was uncomfortable to sit on and there is only one lounge chair option, an older zero-gravity chair. Shame too, as the balcony would easily be the highlight of this unit if had more comfortable & practical furnishings (dolphins 3-4 days/wk during our stay). Brought a Brita filter to avoid plastic bottled water and save $$ as there's extremely limited recycling locally. All in all, pretty decent unit for the money, so will be back next yr and hopefully they'll have a couple of lounge chairs by then.

We have stayed at multiple condos at Breakers East over the years and keep coming back due to the exceptional customer service and clean, comfortable accommodations. Any time we have ever had any issue it has been taken care of immediately. We will continue to stay here for every vacation.

This condo was perfect! As soon as you walk through the door and see the nice kitchen and open floor plan. The living room was spacious and plenty big for 2 adults and 3 kids (13, 9, 8). Master bedroom/bath was great and the kids room was just right. The balcony overlooking the pool area and beach was perfect in the evenings and mornings!! Would definitely stay in same unit again. Great location!

Breaks East is an amazing place to stay. Clean and nice. Erica Manley is amazing and helpful. Room 501 is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and couches. Would definitely recommend!!

The living room furniture wasn’t comfortable or the guest beds. But everything else was wonderful and kind of made up for those!!

Used the space over the dryer for my weeks pantry supplies. Worked fine for us.

Entering the condo I was taken aback by the view off the ocean at first,it was absolutely breath taking. The cleanliness of the condo was outstanding and had everything you could possibly need. Their were 5 of us ladies for a girls trip, the blender was outdated and not working,I sent a text went to the beach came back and a new blender was on the counter. I'm was beyond impressed!!! Customer service is very important to me and ya'll went the extra mile, I so appreciate that more than ya'll know, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Very clean was just as listed. Quiet and not crowded on the beach and great view from the balcony. Well stocked with whatever you needed. Beach chair setup was a breeze and much appreciated. The check in and check out. The beach staff were awesome too. Only suggestion would be curtains in the leaving room for sleeping as the balcony partition would not close to keep the morning light out. Ample room for the four of us. The location was close to just about all shopping needed.

Breakers East unit 501 is wonderful condo. The large balcony offers amazing views of the beach and Gulf. The unit has all the amenities of home and is nicely updated.

This was a great place to stay for my first visit to Destin. Unit was clean and well furnished, beds very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need except coffee filters (I hope they left the hundred-pack I left behind for the next guest).

Very cool to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the dolphins surf. The surf warning was at red and double-red for most of our stay, so we did not get to do a lot of water activities. My daughter indicated the pool water temperature was like a hot tub, which she loved given it was pretty chilly our last couple of days.

The beach access for this place is the best. Because Breakers East is a smaller complex, our beachfront was MUCH less crowded than the other condos along the shore - to me that is a big win. We had friends staying at a luxury resort about a mile down the coast, and the beach chairs were 10+ deep, whereas we had front row at Breakers.

The tennis courts were in great shape and we were excited to see one had been converted to two pickleball courts. Again, because there are only 60ish units in this building, we never had to wait for a court.

The exterior spaces of the building could use some TLC, but that had no impact on our stay. If you’ve never been to Destin, know that driving can be an adventure - you may need to be more aggressive than normal to get on the highway and to get going in the right direction. That isn’t unique to this property, it’s the whole area.

501 condo had everything we needed and didn't know we needed. Unit was clean and all descriptions were accurate.

This was a beautiful place that offered everything we were looking for in vacation spot. The view was amazing, the unit had everything we needed as a family. I would definitely look into staying at this location in the future and recommend it to anyone.

Honestly, we've stayed in ALOT of VRBO properties mainly on 30A...THIS was by far THE very best condo I've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean, gorgeous large kitchen, fully stocked, fabulous deck seating, large living area with tons of seating, bedrooms very comfortable. Honestly...not one issue. We brought my 91-year-old mother down for a quick vacation - alot of memories made right on the deck sipping mimosas each morning! THANK YOU for providing a truly fantastic experience!!

Breakers East is my favorite place to stay in Destin. The rental agency goes above & beyond. The units are very clean & updated & I like size of building meaning there aren’t rows of chairs lined up at beach. I return every year!

This is my favorite condo of all time. It was perfect. Let’s just start by mentioning the great location. The condo itself is spacious and inviting. There is plenty of comfy seating for all and the beds are like a dream. Perfect bathrooms, large equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. I will return again next year and always check and see if this condo is available. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach condo, the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Room 501 at Breakers East was super nice. Perfect oversized balcony, beautiful large kitchen, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and just overall very nice. I only had 2 complaints. As soon as we got there, the kids picked there beds. One comforter had a gigantic pile of animal hair on it. We also killed 2 MONSTROUS **** roaches in the kitchen.

Biggest problem was waiting on elevators, mainly when checking in and trying to load up to leave. Would be great if half the rooms were Saturday to Saturday and the other half Sunday to Sunday. Only one word for next years outrageous price increase.....greedy,

We loved the condo at Breakers East. Our favorite spot was the large balcony with the high chairs so everyone could see over the rail as we drank our coffee in the morning. The well-stocked kitchen was a huge plus for us, and we enjoyed the large supply of towels, too. We felt right at home - thank you!

Everything was immaculate and even better than the pictures.

The place was very nice. Very clean, roomy, nice kitchen, comfortable beds and an awesome view. Loved listening to the waves crash on the beach. The only thing we weren't too fond of was the furniture in the living room and chairs in the kitchen. They were the most uncomfortable chairs and couches I have ever sat on and should be burned immediately (I can't stand wicker furniture) . Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely rent this place again. Could use a bigger TV in the living room, but that's no big deal.

We had an awesome stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. The balcony is very large and we would sit out there for meals. Would highly recommend this condo.

Would like to start by saying this property was everything my wife and I where hoping for. Very clean, wonderful balcony, spacious, and quiet. Everyone that we encountered was very nice and hospitable. The beach was amazing. Can't wait to come back here, this place will definitely spoil you.

We had a great time! The hotel stay was great and close to many attractions

We would stay there all the time if we could! They had really everything we needed plus some! Plenty of towels and beach towels. The place was absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Hubby and I loved our weekend stay here. In fact, we're beginning our search to own our own place like this! The bed was comfy, the sound of the ocean peaceful. everything we needed was right here.

The condo is beautiful but the 2 sofas with slipcovers were worn out years ago. As the poor weather forced more time inside it was very unpleasant. We love Breakers East but we don't recommend this unit unless the sofas are replaced.

Unit 501 was very well equipped in the kitchen, clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Being on the end had advantages especially if you don't mind taking the stairs. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to clients and friends. Having a chaise lounge on the balcony would be my only suggestion.

We really enjoyed this unit at Breakers East. The unit is very nice, clean, and is well equipped for a beach getaway! The rental management folks were very accommodating, and were great to work with. The condo building is very conveniently located in the heart of Desstin, but is not so large that the beach area is too crowded. Highly recommended!

Lovely condo, perfect location, great view, clean and just what we needed. I have no complaints and only praise. You will have to buy your own food and condiments but the condo has just about everything you’d need to cook with. Rental comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella which was awesome. Beds were comfy and the balcony is great for breakfasts and watching sunsets. Thoroughly enjoyed our week and we will be back.

We stay at Breakers East every year for the last 16 years for our family vacation. This is one of my favorite condo's we have stayed in along with one other. We had a wonder 8 days of vacation in June! This is a beautiful condo with a lot of space for the family.

It is very impressive. The condo was clean, decorated very elegantly. Anything needed was at your fingertips. We have stayed, at Breakers East, several times in the past but this was the best.

The unit we stayed in was as pretty as the pictures! The kitchen is huge with counter space for days. Everything was clean and we had all we needed to have a wonderful stay at the beach. Having the two rental chairs and umbrella on the beach was very convenient. Breakers East was conveniently located to plenty of things to do and great places to eat. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful decorated condo, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Full size washer/dryer, and beautiful kitchen. Heated pool was a surprise! Pool and beach very close, with little walking. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us into your home!

Positives: Condo was spacious for 4 of us. Fully equipped kitchen. Beds comfortable. View of Gulf and beach access was great. It is an end unit so you get a view from the kitchen window in addition to the deck. Heated pool was very nice. Staff were more than helpful and very pleasant. Although we were there in November, beach set-up was still provided. The tall deck furniture was comfortable and there were ample number of chairs and table space for relaxing outside the unit.

Not positives: There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen with regard to food. No salt, pepper, sugar, no spices of any kind, no coffee filters, no dish scrubbers except a couple of wimpy dish rags. So guests should be prepared to have to buy those items. Rather than donate our leftovers to the owners, we gave our unused food away to others who might have needed it more.

Chairs in living area not very comfortable. Upholstery and carpet need some deep cleaning Dining area was fine.

Fees incl. cleaning service $, yet we were asked to run dishwasher (we did) & start load of towels in washer as we left (did not) because there was no laundry detergent. We were also asked to take out the trash when we left (we did), but again, we paid a cleaning fee which should have covered this.

We were disappointed that there was no recycling Were told that this was typical in Destin, but there was a recycling drop off by the nearby Walmart, which is where we took ours. Destin, and Breakers East needs to get with the program. There is no excuse these days to not promote recycling to protect an environment as beautiful as this! For one of our party, this was a deal breaker and she will not be back until recycling is encouraged and promoted.

The railing on the deck seemed low to us-est as slightly more than 3ft and we wondered about building/safety codes in Destin and FL in general. Perhaps Mgt can comment about that.

Spacious, clean, wonderful view with 40' balcony right on the water. We will come again!

The condo itself was not bad, although the furniture was a little dirty and had several stains on it. Kitchen had everything you needed as far as utensils, appliances etc. The view was really nice overlooking the beach and we liked how the balcony extended from the bedroom to the living room. We had issues more with the property. When we visited, one of the elevators was broken so you can image having to constantly wait for an elevator and it was tiny. Trying to fit one of those baggage carts in there with more than one person was a challenge. One day we tried to relax at the pool but they decided to pressure wash the parking lot right next to the pool and it was so loud. We were told the property had security gates and doors that were locked 24-7 and this was not the case. When we arrived to the property at 11pm, the gate was wide open so we didn’t need to use our code and the doors to get inside the building always remained open. They also said there was a locked gate to the beach access but during our trip, there wasn’t even a gate/ door was wide open. Location was good.
