Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #103 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of Breakers on the beach.
Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided.
Features: Master bedroom -King size bed, master bathroom features walk in shower.
Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds and Roku Smart TV no cable in front bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped also has full size washer and dryer in unit. Covered/reserved parking space.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

Of all the years we’ve been coming to Destin, this was by far our most favorite view! Both the first floor condo location & covered parking spot were very convenient. Unfortunately we happened to be there during one of the coldest Januarys on record, and certain areas of the condo floor were like ice (due to part of the condo being on the first floor & directly over the garage underpass). Furnace, LR TV & furniture need replaced, along with some updating, but overall this was a great condo, with an amazingly comfy bed, a super nice washer & dryer, and the best view you could ask for! Would love to see onsite equipment available for use with shuffleboard & pickleball court. The heated pool was amazing, and definitely would’ve been used a lot more if it weren’t for the crazy January weather of 2024!

Very nice, spacious. Beautiful view. Perfect location. Parking under building very tight for a truck but there is additional parking out front. Do not bring umbrella and chairs during peak season unless u want to put them in back. There is contracted company that sets up umbrellas and chairs along entire beach by water u have to rent. Would be best to do this ahead of time if possible. We had to sit behind those on first day.

Love it. We had a great vacation and thank you property management has a quick responded for us to check in earlier than 4pm. We have a year old child who really needed nap around noon :-))) We will come back to Destin and definitely come back Breakers East.

We had a fantastic stay here for 3 weeks. The rooms are spacious, the property was clean and well equipped. We loved the layout of the grounds. The pool was heated and warm enough to swim. All the gates were coded with easy to remember numbers. The living room furniture could be more comfortable and the sound on the tv was garbled frequently but no real problems. We will visit again.
Location of condo was perfect. Loved that the first floor was actually up a level, so had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from balcony. Balcony was also perfect to relax on by myself while my husband and daughter were at the pool, so I could still see them. Condo was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Had to text property manager once, and she texted within a minute or two and had the issue resolved. Only issue was when watching tv in the living room, once it had been on a while, the sound would get weird on it. If you would turn tv off for just a minute and then turn it back on, it would fix it. I did see another review that had that issue. Overall, great condo. Would recommend and would stay again.
