Master bedroom features king size bed; flat screen cable TV/DVD; blackout drapes.
Master suite bathroom has bathtub/shower combination & single vanity.

Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

We rented the condo to spend New Year’s Eve with family and we really enjoyed our stay. The view was perfect. The rental manager (Carolyn Bobbitt) was extremely attentive to our questions and needs. A few things I will point out that I was disappointed was the heated pool was broken, therefore we could not use it bc it was very cold. One of the elevators was down which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the mattresses were not very comfortable left me with some back pain. Overall, we made memories with our loved ones and made best of it.

The owners of this condo have replaced the king mattress in the master bedroom this month 3/2024. The 2 queen mattresses were replaced last year. The elevator modernization project is expected to be completed 4/2024. The pool heater was also replaced.

This rental was wonderful for our young family! Gated community with pool and gated brach access. Unobstructed, breathtaking views of the Gulf. Access to long balcony from master or living room. Fully stocked drawers and cabinets with eating and cooking utensils in kitchen. Generous supply of linens. The condo felt spacious and clean. Washer and dryer located in unit.

We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I would encourage owners to purchase a new recliner. The one in living room was worn out! Two recliners would have been nice. There was room for another. Beyond that-condo beautifully updated. Beds super comfy. View is fantastic!

The rental was as described. Clean. In a great location. Quiet since it was Feb. the only complaint we have were the beds, mattresses, bedding, and pillows need to be up dated.

Unit is scheduled for a remodel. Management let us know up front that it was dated and scheduled for renovations but it was spotless clean as promised. We have been regulars at Breaker East for 20+ years so locations is top priority for us and Breakers East will remain our "go to" spot. Ladies were accommodating and great to work with. I love my stay at Breaker East! It’s in a great location. The pool is heated that was a big plus cause the weather was a little cool that week. The staff was helpful cause I was confused about how you check in and how the beach chairs are assigned! The only bad thing the dryer didn’t work well! Had to turn it back 3 times to dry my clothes! Other than that I loved my stay!

Enjoyed the stay, very satisfied with everything. My one suggestion would be to have more toilet paper available for use, ours ran out in the first bathroom on the 3rd night. Enjoyed every eating place that my party of six chose and all of the shopping up and down Hwy 98. Owner Carolyn was swift to respond to any questions that I had. Would recommend to family or relative, and would stay there again.

This was an amazing unit and we had a great time. We have stayed at Breaker’s East multiple times and we love it each time. This is a great place for families and is very calm and relaxing. Your Assistant at the Beach makes this stay go much smoother. We always have everything we need during our stay and more!! We are setup each time we come and don’t have to worry about a thing!! The Best Beach vacation we ever had! Condo was clean and spacious. Condo was directly on the beach. Beautiful waters and sugar white sand. Not one bad day. I love Destin & Breaker's East! The complex is extremely clean, safe and perfectly located in the heart of Destin. Love love love this complex because of the spaciousness. Large master & living areas. I have never had any problems with any of the units in Breaker's Easr. You have easy access to the management with quick responses. Love the two complementary beach chairs! Plenty of space on the beach, which is super important! This is not a gigantic complex with overcrowded beaches. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing vacation at this condo beach resort. Everything you could possibly need was available. Plenty of towels, utensils, dish ware, beach toys were all extra. We really enjoyed our stay. I do have to say, I missed a hot tub to rest in after a long day.

we have been to Breakers East several times and as always we had a beautiful vacation and made some great memories.The Big Kahuna water park across the street was a treat for the Grand kids they had a great day there.The view from the balcony is amazing with beautiful sugar white sand and clear blue to emerald colored water that vary in color with cloud cover.Our condo was very clean and beautiful as always.Our assistant Carolyn Bobbitt is so nice and has always been there for any problem, She has always told us She needs our input if anything is wrong.The restaurants in the area have some of the best fresh off the dock sea food you will find any where or any other kind of fine dining you might want.we find something new every time we go,but you have every thing you need right there at Breakers with view beach, pool, games, grills, Good People and Great Assistance.

Carolyn gives excellent customer service! She is a huge assest to my beach experience! This 905 condo has not been updated yet compared to many of others on site. However it was clean and well stocked with bathroom towels and kitchen ware. The beds were comfortable. The den and dining seating were fine.
Only negative was several electrical sockets would not hold the plugs. With the electronics we wanted to charge it was an inconvience. Complementary beach chairs was perfect. Jared the beach guy was accommodating. Good trip for sure. Only one elevator was working on arrival had to wait but got fixed while we were there,was helpful to have both working. Location close to church, entertainment and restaurants. This condo was a good choice

This is our second time staying in this condo. We love this location & space. The condo has been renovated since our last stay and it’s even more perfect than before. Plenty of space for our large family & able to walk right out onto the beach! Views in the morning & evening are breathtaking!! Plan to stay again, soon!
