Breakers East #902

Your Assistant at the Beach was great to work with us. If there is a problem, they are right there to help. The condo was very well equipped and clean. The curtains were hard to work with and the furniture needs replaced because us elderly had trouble getting up from the sofa.

We love the Breakers Building. This unit (902) was well setup and clean. Looking forward to returning in the Fall of 2024.

Great experience. Loved the condo. Could have used some hooks to hold wet bathing suits and towels. 1st time staying at Breakers East and would stay again.

The condo was very nice and clean. Perfect view from the large balcony. The only thing that was a problem was the condo building had only one elevator working the first half of the week. But the other elevator was finally fixed in the middle of the week which relieved the back up of people trying to get to their condos.

Went to Destin to have a relaxing time with family

Family had an awesome time, condo had a lot of room, balcony was awesome and the beach was spectacular!!! We will definitely come back again!!!

From beginning to end, it was a seamless process to rent this property. The property was very nicely appointed and modern. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakers East was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Destin. The place was very clean and nice. The view from the balcony was incredible. We saw dolphins every day. It's super close to alot of eatery in the area

This condo is beautiful. It’s very nicely decorated and everything appears brand new! The view from the big balcony was spectacular. And the vicinity to shopping and restaurants was perfect.

This was our 5th time at Breakers East, and our second time in 902. We had another wonderful stay! We really appreciated the upgrades to the appliances. The condo was clean, and comfortable. This area of Destin is our favorite. Looking forward to staying again next year!

Condo is great. Loved the balcony, spent a lot of our week there. Everything was clean + comfortable. Will definitely be back!

We love Breakers East and have stayed at other units before. Unit 902 had very comfortable beds and was nicely decorated, we specially loved the comfortable balcony furniture and the ice maker. Excellent roomy, comfortable condo with all needed equipment. Ice maker in unit added convenience over long stay. Beach umbrella setup each day was a great value. Beach not too crowded. Condo complex convenient. Charcoal grills a good addition.

love Breakers East and have stayed at a number of units over the past 15 years. Unit 902 was okay, bed was fairly comfortable in master, however, could use some new pillows in both bedrooms and nicer sheets. Kitchen needs updating and some more silverware and coffee mugs and dishes, everything in kitchen looks old. With the cost at Breakers East going up so much every year, not sure if we will be able to come back.

Clean, plenty of cooking dishes, coffee grinder and maker in good condition, lots of space, would recommend Room 902 at Breaker's East in Destin!

We enjoyed Breakers East #902 very much. We rented through "Your Assistant at the Beach". They were very professional and kept in contact with us through e-mail and text, which made checking in and out a very pleasant and easy process. The condo was clean, comfy and roomy. It is in a good location and the beach setup was a much appreciated perk. Starbucks and Baskin Robbins are in walking distance so it was nice to be able to get ice cream or coffee without having to drive. We definitely had a wonderful time, definitely would recommend Breakers East, and hopefully will be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful stay!! We can’t wait to come back. It was very clean beautifully updated! We will most definitely be staying again!! We loved sitting out on the Balcony just listening and watching the ocean! We would highly recommend staying here!! Bed very comfortable everything about the our staying!!

A great place to stay even when it is a rainy week at the beach

We have stayed at Breaker's East since 2018, and this was by far our favorite unit! Beautiful and very clean! We plan to book here next year!

This rental was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was clean and beautiful with easy access to both a pool and the beach. The shower in the master bath is amazing!! We will definitely be staying here again!

We are locals but wanted to take a staycation. Breakers east was AMAZING!!!! clean, quiet, beautiful view, this is a great place to stay! We will definitely be coming back! Property management was quick and kind when responding to questions.

Really enjoyed our stay in BE 902. It was clean, well stocked and loved the balcony and view.
My only suggestion is to replace or discard area rugs. They are worn and stained.
My suggestion to BE condo association is to get the elevators in better working condition.

Great location. Close to restaurants, activities, golf courses. Just as described and the view/deck is amazing. Strongly recommend.

Condo was very nice and clean. The floors and showers updated and very nice. Loved the balcony. GREAT view. Beds very comfortable. Talked to the maintenance on site and was very friendly. Talked about the area. Very helpful. Heated pool was nice on cool evenings. Over all a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

Our agent was great. Very easy to contact and communicate with. Our room was clean, nice, and well maintained. The building is smaller compared to most but it made for a less crowded pool and beach. Great place all around for a family vacation! Great location, close to restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended!!
