Breakers East #603

Wow! Words cannot describe how awesome of a vacation in Destin we had and it started with this fabulous condo on the beach! It exceeded our expectations! It looks just like the pictures shown! It’s fresh, light and airy with an amazing extra long balcony with an amazing view from the master bedroom! I loved waking up everyday and opening the drapes to that view! The bed was so comfy too! The condo is so spacious and lives large and my daughters loved the 2nd bedroom with two queen size beds with access to the 2nd bathroom! The kitchen is stocked with any and all utensils and pans, dishes, etc. I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen! I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! I would highly recommend it and we look forward to hopefully staying again one day!

be careful of Cabana stealers on the beach. some people DO NOT respect others and think they are entitled to act any way they wish. lady literally removed our towels/stuff and threw on the beach because we went to breakfast and she wanted to use the cabana now.

We had a great time in Destin while staying in this condo right on the beach. The space looks like it was recently updated and everything from the kitchen equipment to the lighting and bathrooms were extremely nice. No issues with the building, elevators were quick enough and we were feet from the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk we were not initially aware of. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our condo in Destin! The interior decor was so classic & beautiful. We loved the location and the convenience of great restaurants.

The unit is very well decorated,roomy & clean with a great deck & wonderful view. Just wish one of the elevators would not of been down. It was a long wait for the elevator & it was not very busy. I would NOT stay in this unit or building again until it is fixed. It would b a nightmare in the Summer especially with young children & a lot of luggage or groceries.

All of the directions and instructions were spot on. Had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean with plenty of linens and cooking utensils. I would definitely stay in this unit again and again. Thank you so much.

Upon arrival, we found the unit to initially be in good standing. It appeared clean, smelled good, had a very well-stocked kitchen as well as an abundance of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. However, the master bathroom shower was clogged and upon the first use, the water backed up into the shower and the drain had to be cleaned out by the renter, which she said was pretty disgusting. . (I didn’t find this out until the end of the week because the couple we were traveling with used the master bedroom and bath and didn’t tell me). My husband and I slept in the room with 2 beds, one of which had a broken leg on it and the other one sagged in the middle. However, maintenance responded quickly and fixed both beds. One of the elevators was down the whole week and the one that worked was very small. We spent a lot of time waiting on the elevator. Although the unit was beautiful and spacious, we would choose another place to stay if we go back. I felt like the housekeeper should have known about the master bathroom drain if they had properly cleaned it because they would have seen the standing water. Had I known about the issue sooner, I would have reported it and I feel confident it would have been addressed. Carolyn was very responsive to my concerns and was awesome to work with! This condo is in a perfect location and VERY convenient to everything which we loved!

This condo was perfect. We had our 4 yr old son and 2 yr old daughter and we had more than enough room for our family! The view of the ocean and sand were amazing to wake up to every morning ! The location is perfect! Minutes from all the restaurants! Gated community so we were safe! You also get two beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach! All the amenities in a condo to cook as well! We will be back!

The vacation was excellent could not ask fir a better stay.

We love the Breakers East and have stayed there for several years now experiencing different condos within! We loved our recent stay in #603! Beautiful condo and well equipped kitchen! And of course the views of the ocean and beach are amazing!

Where do I start? Our condo was BEAUTIFUL! PLENTY of room for 4 adults and 2 littles (4,2) EVERY single day we got a great show from the dolphins The pool, the beach, you couldn’t ask for anything more! Plenty of great restaurants within minutes. Carolyn, the owner, definitely goes out of her way to make sure you have no worries! We will definitely be back♥️ We made some amazing memories Collecting shells, playing on the beach HGHLY recommend Breakers♥️

Everything about this rental was fabulous! My only complaint is the master bedroom bed was very hard. Even my teenager agreed. Some may consider it “firm” but I have scoliosis and prefer a bit softer. A mattress topper would probably solve that issue. Other than that it was a great stay and I would stay again, but sleep in the guest room. Those beds were a bit softer. I still give it 5 stars!

Beautiful view and great location. Condo was equipped with what we needed when we cooked. Shopping, dining, and activities all nearby. Hope to return for Spring or Summer break.

This condo had been recently updated. It seemed like there was new paint everywhere with new and updated fixtures. All rooms were larger than we usually see in 2 BR condos. There was a large kitchen with expansive counter space and everything we needed. All furnishings were comfortable and seemed new. We really enjoyed the beach chair service supplied with the rental. Excellent property and we would not hesitate to rent again.

This is our 3rd year coming to Destin and staying at Breakers East. Another excellent experience! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

We really love Breakers East and this unit was really nice. I do think it might be good to update some of the kitchen utensils and cookware. The chair/umbrella crew is top notch. Thank you!

We absolutely loved the condo. My husband and I have rented several beach condos and this was simply perfect. The kitchen layout was amazing for our family to cook and be together. We loved the open layout of the condo as a whole. Furniture was comfortable clean and stylish!
The location allows for great beach views.
We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed at Breakers East many times and this condo was definitely in of the nicest. Completely renovated and very clean. Had all the supplies you could possibly need/want and also came with beach chairs which is a money saver. Would definitely make it a point to come back

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Breakers East 603. My family of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) had the best vacation. A trip to Destin had become our Christmas tradition and this stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were perfect. The condo was very clean when we checked in. Everything was exactly as advertised. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were. We like to stay in for meals frequently while on vacation and the kitchen was great for cooking up a feast as my husband did on Christmas Day. There were so many gadgets to use. The view is outstanding, simply breathtaking. We loved being steps away from the beach. The property was very clean and quiet. The location was very desirable—right on the beach, walking distance to The Back Porch, short drive to the boardwalk and Baytowne Wharf as well as many stores and other attractions. Management was very responsive and helpful. We had a flight change so I reached on to see if we could extend our stay. Despite being Christmas morning, my request was answered promptly and thankfully they were able to accommodate us. We loved it so much that we have already booked our return trip in this unit.

Clean, updated, and secure. Low water pressure in the master shower. Hot water is slow to reach the master shower. I give property management 5 stars, but it deserves N/A. We never saw or needed anyone from management. Super simple business transaction.
