Breakers East #302

The condo was clean, had comfortable furniture, full kitchen and the king size master bed was perfect. The balcony has plenty of seating with a beautiful ocean view. We’ve stayed at Breaker’s East for 20+ years and always book with Your Assistant At The Beach. They are the best and absolutely recommend them!

Breakers East is a smaller building with spacious condos. Gulf/Beach view is perfect. Condo was clean and had everything we needed.

This condo was fantastic and the host was extremely responsive. We cannot ask for better.

Great place, had all the necessities, rooms were spacious, balacony was big and the view beautiful. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of blankets if needed. Pool and beach are right there, beach chairs and umbrella are available each day of your stay which is very convenient.

We go Every year to Destin and Breakers East is our favorite spot. We had a great time again more rain than usual but the unit was great, equipped with everything you need for staying indoors. The Unit was clean all the beds we’re comfortable. Plenty of seating in and on the balcony, kitchen great, not lacking any small appliances, even waffle maker. Loved our stay and you don’t have to use the elevator because your are only on the 3 floor which has a great view but stairs are doable.

We love Breakers East Condos! The building and grounds are well maintained and clean. This particular condo we rented is a favorite of ours, nicely furnished , great kitchen and everything you need if you want to cook. The only thing we were missing were plastic glasses for the pool and beach area.

We LOVE this condo! Very spacious and so close to the beach! The management is a breeze to work with. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation at the beach!

The condo was perfect for our stay and true to the pictures and description. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was great and heated! The beach access was awesome and the chair and umbrella set up that came with the rental was a great amenity. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo if traveling to Destin!

We just love this complex and the rooms here are so spacious. Everything in our unit was clean and comfortable. Definitely our favorite spot in Destin.

The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The location was excellent. The condo was ok. The mattress needs to be replaced. The condo was clean, but needs some TLC. Paint would help.

Breakers East needs a lot of TLC. One elevator for that size property is not good. Lots of waiting trying to catch the elevator empty. The grounds were kept clean, but again, a good coat of paint, especially doors, would help.

Five Stars. The condo was big/roomy, clean, huge kitchen with all the accessories/tools/appliances, master bed was comfortable, large master bath, large balcony and wonderful view. We didn't want to leave. Easy booking, check-in, etc. Would recommend.

We stay at The Breakers East at least once a year and most of the time twice a year. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular unit and we loved it. Our property manager, Carolyn, is always so helpful and available if we need anything. We will continue to stay at the Breakers East for all future family and anniversary trips. The location is perfect for everything we love to do in Destin.

My husband and I found this condo very much to our liking. The leather furniture in the living area was really nice. Lots of seating and updated bedrooms and bathrooms. View of the beach and pool was great. Definitely plan to return in the future.

Breakers East is our favorite Destin condo location. We have stayed here for a number of years and have enjoyed each unit we have spent time in. The beach area is not crowded and the families we have met are all so friendly. We look forward to our beach vacation every year!!!

Breakers East #302 has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The extra large balcony is wonderful to enjoy the ocean view and breeze as well as to watch the pool area. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area have more than enough room to accommodate a family. We will definitely be back!

We have rented this unit before and others in this building a number of times and really enjoy the location. Having the beach readily accessible "out the back door" really makes for this to be a fun experience and definitely makes it easier for families to get right onto the beach while being in the middle of it all.

This is the second year we have rented a condo at Breakers East. This condo was perfect and I really appreciated the updated touches throughout. Very pleased with this location and just how easy it is. It’s such a small thing but a huge thing for a single momma traveling with kiddos.

The condo was beautiful. Plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook. The grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. I loved the reserved chairs and umbrella on the beach each morning. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will defiantly stay here again.

We were celebrating our daughter’s high school graduation with a trip to Destin. It was everything we expected and so much more!! The condo was very spacious and we found plenty of room to relax and have our own space. We were particularly impressed with the extra large balcony and the incredible ocean view!! Absolutely loved this property and will certainly return ❤️

My self and 3 friends just needed a few days rest.The condo was perfect the weather just righy.I left my bedroom door open so I could hear the waves crashing. My friend enjoyed sitting on the balcony sipping morning coffee.Really glad beaches chairs and umbrellas on beach was provided. Haven't decided what dates but we will be returning in few months.The staff was fantastic so friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service and beautiful view of the gulf. My family loved the property and the heated pool.

You should have kitchen knife sharpeners. The kitchen knives where all dull. We had to go out and purchase a new knife to prepare food. everything else was great.

This was one of the best places we have ever rented...the house was fully furnished and had everything needed for a family traveling with kids. We would definitely book this place again.

Booking and checking in worked out great. No issues at all. The property has a wonderful view and is in a great location. However, the unit is a bit worn. It had a smell that was not pleasant and some of the furniture is older, or at least appears to be. It also could have been a little cleaner. Everything worked as it should and it is a nice open unit. Just a few details would have made it much better.

Our stay would have been more pleasant with a comfortable bed. The bed was well worn and not conducive to sound sleep.

Otherwise, the accommodations were very nice.

Another great trip to Destin. Much busier this year due to the hurricane pushing folks over from the east. Still not overwhelming. The heated pool was a real treat. Did a lot of bike riding as it was also cooler this year due to the hurricane, so the beach wasn't as warm. Great accomodations and very good central location.

I've been staying there for over 20+ years and it love it

The unit was very nice, roomy, and comfortable. There was a nice collection of towels and kitchen supplies available for our use. Honestly, some of the most comfortable beds we've had in our travels.

Have stayed here several times. Management is very helpful and always available. We always enjoy going down to Harbor Docks to see the boats catch for the day. Also a great place to eat!

Vacation was awesome! We love staying at breakers east the only thing we were not happy about is one of the elevators was broken so it made arrival day horrible. Seems every year one of the two elevators is broken. Carolyn is great and makes the reservation process so easy and answers any questions promptly. Great view and great location

This unit and complex was AWESOME! Great location, great beach view, great condo unit. It was perfect for our family. We had a large group and rented two units here. Both had beach service that was setup each morning and we setup an additional umbrella behind them for our ice chests. I can't wait to book for next year!

We stayed at Breakers East #302 and had the best week. The condo was amazing and we had plenty of room. I loved the openness of the condo. It was very clean and had all things you would need to make you feel at home. Its easy access to the beach and the pool and grills are a nice addition. Everyone at Breakers was so nice. Carolyn was wonderful to work with and she responded very promptly to any questions I had. I will recommend this place to anyone.

This condo was amazing! The property manager was great to work with from start to finish. She contacted me before, during and after to make sure our stay was perfect! This condo has it all with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. All you need to bring is clothes, food and drinks. The kitchen is well stocked with every thing you need to cook a great meal. The included beach chairs and umbrella made the trips to the beach easy and sand toys on the property to share was a very nice touch (if you have little ones). We even had our pictures taken right on the the beach by Ken Rada Photography then took a short walk to The Back Porch for dinner. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Overall, the rental was everything we were hoping for - clean, nicely furnished, complete kitchen, excellent views of the gulf.

We enjoyed our stay at Breakers East! The condo was beautiful and spacious with nice amenities! There's a large balcony with a great oceanfront view. Everything was very clean including the pool outside. It's in a great location near to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Carolyn Bobbit was great! She took care of anything that needed attention very promptly. The condo was great with the exception of the furniture. It was dirty, had a smell and very worn. The floors were not clean. If we went barefoot the bottom of our feet were filthy. The rest of the condo was excellent! Would stay at Breakers East again, but maybe not that condo.

Our condo was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay completely. The beds were wonderful! We didn't want to leave. Can't wait to come back! Could use a couple more umbrellas at the pool though. The whole condo complex was very well maintained and very nice associates.
