Breakers East #205

This was a last minute vacation for us and Breakers is always our choice. Thankfully, BE 205 was available and we were very happy with it; well stocked kitchen, comfortable king bed, even extra beach towels in the laundry. Erica at Your Assistant At The Beach is very easy to work with, even finding us a couple more days at our condo. We’ve been staying at Breakers for 20 years and have always been happy here.

Very nice property. Clean and grounds super well kept. Only negative the small bedroom with all the beds had no where for suitcases and they all ended up taking p a bed and hallway. I think they need to redo the closet and have multiple luggage racks in there.

This condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and comfortable for our stay. Beds were comfortable although it could probably use an update on the pillows. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils. And the view, the view was spectacular! It was the perfect beach getaway for some R&R. The complex was quiet. I did have a question for the management staff and they were very responsive. Definitely would consider staying here again as I really appreciated the cleanliness and convenience the complex is to attractions of the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

The expansive condo at Breakers East has a cozy comfy feel and was a wonderful location for our son's family of four's week-long visit for his young children's first experience "at the beach". Other guests we hosted during our month-long stay, remarked on the accommodations' homey touches. My husband and I enjoy the balcony access from the Master bedroom (we just love waking up to the sound of the surf!) and the very comfortable king bed. The immaculate pool was a comfortable 85 degrees. The kitchen was well-appointed with crockpot, and baking ware as well numerous pots and pans. When our toaster developed a problem, Carolyn immediately sent a brand new replacement. The few issues that arose (all were minor) were corrected the same or following day. Brandon was terrific! Having a full size washer and dryer in the condo was fabulous! The dining room table was large enough for family dining as well as game nights. The beach was just steps away. The coded gates for the parking lot and beach area conveyed a sense of privacy and security.
Merlin's Pizza, McGuires, and The Acme Oyster House were fabulous dining destinations. The SeaQuest Dolphin cruise was a fun afternoon experience for adults and children. The Rainforest black-light indoor mini-golfing course was an engaging activity for a rainy day!

It has been 23 years since I have been to Desti with my daughter and friends. This year I was able to return with my daughter-in-law and granddaughters. What an awesome experience! Our condo was perfect! It fit all of our needs ,views were great from everywhere in the condo and being on second floor made it easy when elevator was congested! Enjoyed having the beach rentals included also. I give this place a 5 star for convenience to everything and our condo was so clean and had everything we needed! Love Destin!

We have stayed in these condos for about 7 years. For the past two years the elevators hav3 been a big problem, which I understand will be taken care of this winter. The condo we stayed in has not been updated. We were without a washing machine for 5 days which I don’t understand why the previous clients and or cleaning people didn’t address earlier. Customer service was good. Don’t think I would stay in this particular condo again, needs to be updated and a little more handicap friendly.

The rental experience was overall great. The management company was accommodating, friendly and great to work with. Check in and out was a breeze. The location was great and we LOVED the chairs and the umbrella for the beach daily. The beds were very comfortable.

The only downside is the unit is not remodeled and it had a musty smell to that increased when the AC kicked on.

Overall we loved the stay, the beach and the destination.

The condo was large and right on the beach. It was very clean and the beds we very comfortable. The patio was large and the view was amazing. we will definitely be staying here again

Great rental hotel to enjoy vacation at Breaker East.

Our condo appeared to have been recently remodeled. Thought we had moved into a model home. Must have had a professional decorator. Everything appeared new and was tastefully color coordinated, including wall hangings and knickknacks. Our mattress and sheets were top drawer. The furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything one could have wanted. Right on the beach, with a great balcony. Wonderful. A surprise bonus was the unit came with complimentary beach chairs (2), and and umbrella. For our 6 days on the beach, that is a $192 value. The BBQ area was a nice touch. The pool was very nice. Plenty of parking and both elevators worked fine during our vacation. And everyone we met was very nice. All very professional. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. I don't know how it could have been any better.

The place was marvelous. Perfect location, beautiful views from the huge balcony. Kitchen full of stuff. Cant way to come back and stay longer.

We have booked from Carolyn for years now, she makes the process much easier than the other booking sites, always a prompt response! Condo was great as it always is, this time though we noticed the palm trees now block the direct view to the beach. It was a little bummer, but if you sit on the right side of the balcony you get the view.

We spent January and February and were very pleased with the condo and the management. Unfortunately we were unable to have full use of our balcony for over two weeks because they were painting the outside of the building. We still reserved for next year.

The rental unit far exceeded my expectations, in terms matching the photos and listing. The particular unit was clean and in great condition. We really felt like we were “on the beach” with our wonderful view of the beach. The pool and grounds were impeccably maintained.

My 1st visit to Breakers East but it will not be my last! The Condo was beautiful furnished very pretty the view was breath taking. It was nice & large, every thing you needed to make it feel like home. We had such a grand time!! Can't wait to go back!!

This was our second time staying in this unit. It’s perfect for our family! The building is conveniently located close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed eating many of our meals on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. We especially appreciated the heated pool, as this year the weather in April was cooler than normal. I highly recommend this unit and will likely be back for a third visit next year.

First time to Destin for our family. The condo is in a great location and we felt safe letting the teenage granddaughters go back and forth from the beach, pool and room. Master Bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable, but the overall experience with the property was great. We will visit again in the future.

Four sisters and a spouse came together for a reunion at Breakers East #205. The accommodations were just as they appeared in the description. Everything was clean and decorated for the surroundings. The condo was nice and bright. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio as well as an evening glass of wine. We were very pleased with how quiet it was. We spent mornings enjoying the beach and pool. I was so surprised as to how soft and cool the sand was. We felt very safe. The one question we had was dealt with quickly by Carolyn.
We took a sunset evening dolphin cruise which was a highlight. Also enjoyed the shops and restaurants along Harborwalk. We did not know much about this area but are now wanting to revisit for a longer period of time. Thanks for making our reunion so enjoyable with your superb condo.

helped with booking the condo to the condo and beach. The condo was clean and furnished so cute with everything available that we needed for a wonderful vacation!!! Beach was beautiful,clean and privacy was great ... We will gladly rent it again!!

We had a great vacation and Breakers East 205 was perfect for our family with awesome views of the ocean. Condo was very spacious with everything we needed to make our stay absolutely great.

Weather could have been better but condo was fine. Everything we needed. Liked new refrigerator. Ice machine was turned to high temperature so no ice for awhile but we figured it out. There is no light on porch or fan that seemed unusual?

We came to Destin for our family vacation. This condo was nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Only thing that didn't work was the toaster but that's easy to be replaced. The location was good. Very close to everything you could need! The pool was nice and easy access to the beach. Beautiful sand and water! Definitely would stay at these condos again.

Very comfortable stay at Breakers East 205. The condo is larger than most from past stays. Never too crowded at beach or pool. Beach service everyday is a great perk.

Great view. Right on the beach. The unite was everything that we could ask for. The kitchen was well stocked.
