Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #105 is a very spacious unit two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 1st floor of the breakers east on the beach.
Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room. Complimentary WIFI provided.
Features: Master bedroom -king size bed. Master bathroom has remodeled walk in shower. Second bedroom has two queen sizes beds. Kitchen is fully equipped also has full size washer and dryer in unit. Covered parking spot.
(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)
Elevator modernization has begun at Breakers East. We will be down to one operating elevator until projected completion date end of April 2024. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, and everyone’s cooperation and understanding would be appreciated.
Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

This condo is very nice and the location is perfect! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. Our only issue were the carpets in the bedrooms, but management took care of it immediately. Cannot say enough good things about the management team. Very quick to address the smallest of issues. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a great vacation in Destin thanks in great part to our rental unit at Breakers East and to Carolyn and her team at “Your Assistant at the Beach”. Everything about the rental unit was exceptional: Well-appointed and furnished, very comfortable, and considerately equipped with everything we expected. The team’s communications with us in advance were thorough and considerate, and they were very responsive to any questions we had once we arrived. Most appreciated was the fantastic view of the beach and gulf from our balcony which flowed from both the family room and the main bedroom. Being right on the beach is always the best way to have a beach vacation! We heartily recommend Breakers East and the “Your Assistant at the Beach” Team to anyone considering a beach vacation in the Destin area. Exceptionally done!

This was our 4th year at Breakers East 105, we’ve already made our reservation for next year for the same condominium...Girls Trip #5.
This is a comfortable and clean place to vacation and the decor is very pretty. The kitchen is well stocked with every type of cookware, utensil, small appliance as well as dish-ware anyone could possibly need.
Erica Manley, our contact manager was very efficient and courteous in responding back if we had a question. We would definitely recommend Breakers East to friends and family.
