If you are looking for a quiet get away this is the perfect place. Groceries near by and about a 15 min. Drive to the beach, shopping, State Parks.

Our family of four stayed here last week. It was the perfect location between the beaches and our son in Freeport. The pictures are accurate, place is very clean, comfortable and adequately stocked. The front porch is a peaceful place for morning coffee and the fire pit out back adds a great nighttime dimension.
We became fans of Grayton Beach area and went to the state park nearby (which btw is free entry this year until Labor Day). Grab any last minute Beach snack / drinks at the Cumberland farms on the way and hit the amazing Farm and Fire restaurant on the way back!
The bonus was excellence communication with Carolyn from the magnet company. We were able to extend on the fly when our subsequent plans fell through. Thanks!!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. They even had us a little care package of things for when we arrived. The price was beyond amazing for how beautiful the property was.
