Breakers East 1104

Breakers East never disappoints! We have enjoyed our stays tremendously the last few years and will be back as soon as life allows. The comfortableness and decor, the location, the view, grocery delivery option, dealing with Carolyn and her team, etc. make it easy and wonderful!

We always enjoy our stay at 1104 Breakers East. Being at the beach is a great way to celebrate Christ's birth with the awesome beauty God has created. Looking forward to next year.

Easy booking, quick responses to any questions. Condo was beautiful and very updated. Comfy beds, super powerful, spacious shower! Loved the outdoor furniture on the balcony, so comfortable. The covered parking was definitely a plus! I even loved the carts they provide to bring your luggage up! Also close to everything, esp the Silver Sands outlet malls

My wife and I have been using the services of Carolyn, your assistant at the beach, for years. She is prompt in communication and professional in her service. Clean and beautifully decorated accommodations as well as central location to many different family activities. I would highly recommend using her to book a vacation

The Condo was wonderful, great view, amazing pool and loved that it was right on the beach. We had a wonderful time and Thoroughly loved our space. Plan on coming back soon.

This was our 5th yr staying at Breakers East Condos . We have stayed in 1104 for 3 of those yrs and love everything about it. Owners have done some really nice upgrades with the indoor/outdoor furniture. Aside from the weather it was once again a awesome and memorable family vacation. Thanks to the owners and Erica Manley for letting my family and I have a wonderful time there again. Cya next yr!!!

This was our third time staying in this unit. We have always enjoyed this location and the condo is great!
It is beautifully decorated and clean! The only things that needed a little repair was the trash bin was really hard to push in and out. Also, the toilet in the master would run continuously unless you jiggled the handle. Those are both super easy fixes. :)

Loved our stay in 1104. We had always stayed in 1102 and was worried about switching when 1102 was sold but we loved 1104. It was perfect and just what we needed. We look forward to next year!

Everything is usually great every year. This year there were a few hiccups. The master bed was unmade and the vanity light did not work along with the bar ice maker. I just wish I would have notified of these issues before hand.

This was our 4th yr staying at Breakers East. 1104 has become our favorite condo. We love everything about it from the fully stocked cabinets and draws, comfy beds. The view from the 11th floor is breathtaking. Condo even has its own parking spot right next to elevators. Thanks again to management and the owners for letting my family have a wonderful memorable family vacation once again. See ya next yr!!!!

This is our first time staying at Breakers and it did not disappoint. I love that the condos have a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was set up for us to easily walk to get fresh seafood and cook it in the condo. Just an all around great experience.

The location was great. It was right in the center of restaurants and activities, even in walking. The rooms was very clean and updated. Management and staff was friendly, helpful and expedient.

Everything was PERFECT! We had the best experience ever during our stay....
starting was the parking spot reserved for the guests! The minute we opened the door to the unit, we were in heaven! It is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean!! The condo was well equipped with everything you will possibly need!
The master bed was so comfortable and the view from that bedroom was breathtaking! I really enjoyed being able to sleep with the patio doors open(we didn’t need the air conditioner during our stay)The sound of the waves crashing was just so peaceful and tranquil!
We can’t wait to stay again!! You won’t be disappointed

This property was everything we hoped it would be. It was very spacious, furnishings were upscale, everything was well-stocked. Views were great from the large balcony. Parking spot was very convenient. Condo was located right outside of elevator, so there would have been a bit of noise in the guest bedroom, if it had been occupied. The only thing that wasn't in the condo that was listed on the rental agreement was facial tissues. We would love to stay here again sometime, but you are often booked!

We had a wonderful stay at Breakers East 1104. The unit was perfect in every way. The full sized kitchen and comfortable living room were spacious. The beds were very comfy. The large balcony was great for gazing at the ocean. All in all, we had a great visit and look forward to returning.

Overall, the rental lived up to our expectations.
It wasn't as pleasant, however, as our previous stay at Breakers East.

Needed to escape for a few weeks and this was absolutely perfect. Beautiful home that was very clean. Breathtaking view in the morning while sipping my tea in the morning. Perfect location with wonderful restaurants nearby. When I wanted to cook had everything needed. Carolyn and Erica are wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful vacation at Breaker’s East despite Hurricane Sally and loss of power. The Condo was beautiful, clean and was exactly as described to us. Fan didn’t work in the master bedroom and was immediately fixed. With the hurricane coming we had good contact with establishment. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!

The reserved parking a huge plus... the bar area with ice maker and the view from the 11floor is breathtaking... definitely recommend and will book again... We vacation in Destin every year, which means renting a condo every year. We've stayed in some nice ones, and some that weren't that great.

This one was by far the nicest we have stayed at in about the last 10 years.
It was decorated very tastefully, had an amazing ocean front view, and we literally had zero complaints.

I would recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in the area who wants to stay in a comfortable, tastefully decorated, and easily accessible rental.

From the moment we opened the door, my jaw dropped and I was in awe of this condo and the stunning views...size of the balacony, décor, fully stocked condo (they thought of everything - even a frisbee)! This was my 6th time staying on the beach in Destin. I have very high service standards - Carolyn was very prompt and responsive property manager from booking to check out!

Awesome!! First time in Destin - great location, loved our condo and the view! Did not realize how great it is to have beach service included. The reserved covered parking space was invaluable as well! Will definitely stay at breakers east again!

My stay was a very nice and pleasant. The condo's renovation were very nice(felt like HGTV:)). Love the fact it had ALL the things needed cooking accessories and etc. The covered parking was awesome. There is one thing, the bedspreads and dcor pillows need washing or changed. Overall this property is very nice. I would stay again.

Out of the 7yrs of going to destin. This place is as the best condo. It had covered Parking, chairs /umbrella for us , clean , very spacious and beautiful place to stay . 1104 will definitely be our home away from home

The overall experience was awesome with the view and security being on point. The only concern was the smell of the condo throughout our stay. We had to get come candles to help with the smell. It smelled like someone may have had fish in the refrigerator and the rug may have been soiled.

The unit does come with a beach set up of two chairs and an umbrella, which is a saving. I would suggest you take your beach towels; this was the only thing that was not in the condo, which was not a big deal. Walmart was close enough for us to purchase a beach towel. You will not be disappointed if you book this condo!

We had the best time at Breakers East 1104!! Destin is our favorite gamily place to visit! Beach setup and covered parking so close was a bonus with this condo!! Super clean. Amazing view!! We spotted dolphins, sting ray, and sharks from the balcony! Can't wait until next time!

The condo was beautifully maintained and the location is amazing. Only slight issue while we stayed there. Someone pooped in the pool and it took a bit to get it cleaned which was disappointing as the weather didn’t allow us to go in the ocean much. Wouldn’t prevent us from coming again.

I enjoyed my vacation at Breakers East. The condo is spacious. However I found the living area a little dark. A couple more lamps would be great. The bedrooms and baths are spacious. I loved the open concept kitchen.However, all cupboards were full and left no room for groceries. The dishes and flatware were more than ample. Outside area beautiful.

Smooth, clean and great location. Stunning views and couldn't be more on the beach. Couldn't ask for more. Even stayed an extra day since it was available!

This a great unit. The unit had been updated since our stay in 2017. New furnishing kitchen well equipped. Management staff was great. Will definitely stay in this unit again.

This unit was extremely clean. Extremely comfortable and spacious. I can tell you I am one of the pickiest people and every single thing from the silverware to the coffee cups to the appliances were spotless. The couch was clean and cozy and the beds and bedding were clean. The only negative was the elevator that was out of use. It was no less than a five minute (often longer) wait every time you wanted to go up or down the elevator. the 11th floor is too high to continuously walk the stairs, but this is no fault of the owners.

This was our first time to Destin area. The condo was absolutely perfect for what we were trying to achieve- a relaxing beach vacation! We took small kids and my parents. There were plenty of beds, the kitchen is big for family cooking, the setup is really nice! The proximity of pool and beach is great, especially for little kids! The balcony has a FANTASTIC view! We would sit out there while the kids napped and didnt feel like we were missing anything. The condo was very clean! We never had issues reaching anyone for issues (the only issue we had was WiFi, so not a big deal at all), but she was quick and responsive. We would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again!

Comfortable bed, great view and best parking spot in the entire condo. Only complaint is no cabinet space for groceries. Either store them in the laundry room or leave them on the counter.

Super spacious unit located right in the heart of Destin! The entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. This particular unit was located conveniently within the building itself and also had a designated parking space right beside the front entrance! Excellent views of the gulf from the balcony and easy access to a pristine beach! What more could you ask for? We will definitely be back!

There were plenty of attractions open even though it was a holiday. The men even took advantage of a fishing charter and had a great time.

Fabulous condo, great location. Updated, very clean and maintained, many amenities. Convenient designated covered parking was a big plus! The condo is right by the elevatorand trash shute -- very convenient. Property description very accurate. Very prompt replies. Would definitely recommend!

Breakers East is the perfect location in Destin. It is located near many family attractions, shopping is nearby, and some of Destin's most fabulous restaurants are located a short drive away. Although it was closed for the season, Big Kahunas Waterpark is located directly across the street from the condo. I wish the waterpark was open for all the fall break vacationers, but it closed a few weeks earlier. The oceanfront view is perfect, the property was very clean and well maintained. The condo itself has an amazing kitchen with most amenities included. There is a small bar area with a separate ice maker (has the small ice cubes which we like). The king size bed in the master suite is very comfortable and the two double beds in the guest bedroom are nice too. One bed did squeak every time you moved though. We even used one of the small charcoal grills one night which is located near the pool. We would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting an oceanfront location with a picture perfect view. We will definitely be back. Carolyn is excellent to work with and responds immediately to any requests or concerns.

Best location we have rented yet. We go to the beach every year. Great people to work with. The condo was convenient to the beach and everything else in Destin. The room had everything we needed and then some.
